Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or any relevant certificate
2- At least 6 months HR experience.
3- Previous experience in NGOs or Association is a strong asset.
5- Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point).
6- Fluency in English and Arabic, writing and speaking is compulsory.
7- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
9- Be resident of Der Ezzour governorate
Job conditions
- Full time contract until 30th June 2021, renewable dependent on both funding and performance.
- Location: , Der Ezzour governorate.
Job Description:
- Provide support in the recruitment process: collect and filling the CVs, contact the selected persons for tests and interviews, observe written tests and make sure logistic arrangements are in place.
- Ensure that all staff is providing the required documents.
- Support the Services Support Manager in Collecting, copying, scanning, filling, archiving all documents of the newly recruited staff.
- Prepare the Employee ID cards.
- Issue all contracts and Ensure that all Contracts are approved and signed by the Hub Manager, and ensure that all employee read and sign a work contract, Job Description and Policies …etc.
- Organize and schedule Appraisals for the Employees.
- Update of the HR database; to be used for payroll and monthly sending to the coordination
- Implement and follow up of attendance sheets and leave requests, according to the approvals and the Balance of Leaves
- Update the Support Services Manager in case of abuses, processes not respected or not followed
