الوصف الوظيفي:
- Support the Protection Partnership Assistant in developing work plans (daily and weekly) for protection partnership activities.
- Conduct daily monitoring visits and ensure partners’ activities are regularly monitored with use the monitoring form. Raise issues, red flags, challenges and needs for adjustments systematically to the line manager.
- Ensure effective use of partners’ resources for the projects.
- Under the supervision of the Protection Partnership Assistant, attend local coordination meetings with partners when needed.
- Support the Protection Partnership Assistant in ensuring coherency in partners’ intervention with Protection Program and facilitate coordination between Protection team and partners.
- Attend and take part in the meetings necessary for passing on information for the smooth running of activities.
- Attend relevant trainings on Protection, GBV, Psychosocial Support and others when requested.
- Support the Protection Partnership Assistant in mapping training and capacity-building opportunities for partners.
- Under the supervision of the Protection Partnership Assistant and with the PSEA Focal Point, contribute in ensuring compliance of local partners towards PSEA and CS policies and build their capacities to better prevent, mitigate and address PSEA and CS risks.
- Build friendly relationships with the local community.
- Other tasks requested by the supervisor.
JOB SUMMARY
The Temporary Worker- Protection will be support the Protection Partnership Assistant in supervising partnerships in the Protection program and projects implemented through local partners. He/she will follow-up partners and monitor project activities, S/he will ensure partners’ projects is in line with Protection strategy and adhere to humanitarian principles, policies, procedures, projects’ objectives and activities and donors’ requirements.
Contract period: 31st July 2021
