متطلبات العمل:

  • At least 1-year experience prior experience in Logistics, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 6 months’ experience in humanitarian sector and international organizations
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or similar.
  • Experience or knowledge of one or more of the following areas would be an additional asset: construction, inventory and property management, technology, transport;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Diligent, dedicated, and able to see complex procedures through to completion;
  • Able to communicate complex information clearly, with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Good written and spoken English and Arabic;
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word)

 

الوصف الوظيفي:

  1. Procurement
  • Review Order Forms for procurement, requesting clarifications from the requestor if the specifications are not clear, complete, or correctly authorized, and check all supporting documents has been provided. Explain any deviations to the requestor;
  • Confirm to the requester the treatment of his/her Order Form and communicate the Focal Point for it;
  • Ensure that signed Procurement Contracts are shared with the requesters;
  • Support small procurement drafting for the closure of advances under scenario A.
  1. Publication
  • Ensure the publication of Tenders and Requests For Quotations trough local Website and on public places;
  • Provided the Compliance team proofs of the publication of Tenders and Requests For Quotations as per ACTED processes.
  1. Filing and reporting
  • Enter Order Forms information in the Order Form Follow Up. Ensure that there is no duplicate;
  • Create a file for the procurement in the server and file the Order Form;
  • Ensure that signed Procurement Contracts are filed;
  • Support on the filing of suppliers’ documentations.
