A private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. To support the operations in Al Hol, North Syria, the organization is currently looking for a contractor to undertake the following works:
منظمة دولية خاصة غير ربحية, مخصصة لتوريد مساعدات طبية للناس في الأزمات, بدون تمييز, وبغض النظر للعرق, الدين, العقيدة, أو الأنتماء السياسي. لدعم مشروع مخيم الهول في شمال سورية, المنظمة حاليا تبحث عن متعهد لتنفيذ الأعمال التالية:
Scope: Cleaning of 208 communal latrines in Al Hol Camp.
The activity need to be done every day without exceptions for a period of 3 months.
المجال: تنظيف 208 دورات مياه مشتركة في مخيم الهول.
النشاط يحتاج تنفيذه كل يوم بدون توقف لفترة مدتها 3 أشهر.
This tender is open to interested eligible companies, with proven experience in the cleaning and maintenance sector with special bias to camp sanitation facilities in North East Syria.
هذه المناقصة مفتوحة لشركات مهتمة ذات مؤهلات, مع اثبات خبرة في مجال التنظيف والصيانة مع اختصاص في مجال الصرف الصحي لمراكز المخيم في شمال شرق سورية.
The contractor responsibilities:
- Provide the water by water trucks (at least 3 trucks of 7m3 by day)
- The cleaning material wil be provid by the organization. The contractor will guarantee the apropiate use of the material provide by the organization and the application of the cleaning protocols. It’s responsibility of the contractor to ask them at least 3 days before the need is detected
- The contractor is in charge of provide the materials/tools necessaries to solve potential obstructions in the discharge pipes of the latrines.
- The cleaning and deblock works of the latrines include the manholes, but exclude the septic pits, segerawe or drainages.
- It is the responsibility of the contractor to warn about defects / obstructions found (resolved or not) during the development of its activity.
- The staff for cleaning will be provide by the organization. The responsibility of the contractor is to have a supervisor by truck that report the activity in daily bases following the templates provide by the organization.
- Daily work duration from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
مسؤوليات المتعهد:
-توريد المياه بواسطة صهاريج مياه(3 صهاريج على الأقل بسعة 7متر مكعب في اليوم).
-مواد التنظيف سوف يتم توريدها عن طريق المنظمة. المتعهد سيضمن الاستخدام المناسب لمواد التنظيف الموردة من قبل المنظمة, ويضمن تطبيق بروتوكول التنظيف, المتعهد مسؤول أيضا لطلب مواد التنظيف في حال حاجتها قبل 3 أيام.
-المتعهد مسؤول لتوريد المواد\الأدوات الضرورية لحل عوائق محتملة لأنابيب الصرف في دورات المياه.
-أعمال التنظيف و فتح الأنابيب المسدودة في دورات المياه , بالأضافة للريكارات, بدون الجور الفنية أو نظام الصرف الصحي فهما مستبعدان من المسؤوليات المطلوبة.
-من مسؤوليات المتعهد للتنبيه عن وجود عيوب او عوائق موجودة(في حال تم تصليحها او لم يتم تصليحها) خلال تطوير النشاط.
-كادر التنظيف سيتم توريده من قبل المنظمة, مسؤولية المتعهد ان يؤمن مشرف مع صهريج ماء لتجهيز تقرير يومي بخصوص نشاطات العمل بواسطة ورقيات يتم توريدها من قبل المنظمة.
– مدة العمل اليومية من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 12:00 ظهراً.

المتعهد مسؤول لتأمين كل الموافقات من قبل إدارة المخيم بخصوص الدخول الى المخيم, المتعهد مسؤول أيضا لتأمين موافقات العبور من خلال نقاط التفتيش للدخول والخروج من المخيم.
Bidders must submit their quotations to include: the cost of the activity by day, and for the total period (3 months) / the staff details / previews experience in similar activities / Company registration documents where relevant.
المتعهدون ينبغي عليهم نقديم عروض اسعارهم لتضمن: تكلفة النشاط لليوم, و التكلفة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر, \تفاصيل الكادر من قبل المتعهد\ خبرة سابقة في نشاطات مشابهة\وثائق من الشركة ذات صلة.
