تنظيف المراحيض ضمن الأنيكس في مخيم الهول

منظمة إنسانية دولية خاصة غير ربحية مكرسة لتقديم المساعدة الطبية للسكان في الأزمات ، دون تمييز وبغض النظر عن العرق أو الدين أو العقيدة أو الانتماء السياسي , لدعم العمليات في مخيم الهول شمال شرق سوريا , تبحث المنظمة حاليا عن مقاول للقيام بالأعمال التالية :
الهدف : تنظيف \ 75 \ مرحاضًا مشتركًا ضمن الأنيكس في مخيم الهول
يجب القيام بالنشاط كل يوم دون استثناءات لمدة 3 أشهر.
هذه المناقصة مفتوحة للشركات المؤهلة و المهتمة ، مع خبرة مثبتة في قطاع التنظيف والصيانة مع تحيز خاص للخبرة في مرافق الصرف الصحي في المخيمات في شمال شرق سوريا
مسؤوليات المقاول :
- توفير المياه بواسطة صهاريج المياه (شاحنة واحدة على الأقل سعة 7 متر مكعب في اليوم)
- توفير مواد التنظيف (بما في ذلك المنظفات والكلور) والأدوات (فرشاة ، ممسحة ، شطافة ، دلو ، إلخ). يجب أن تكون الكميات المستخدمة كافية لضمان الوقاية من انتقال العدوى (الكلور 0.1٪).
- يكون المقاول مسؤولاً عن توفير المواد / الأدوات اللازمة لحل الانسدادات المحتملة في أنابيب تصريف المراحيض.
- تشمل أعمال التنظيف وإزالة الانسدادات للمراحيض غرف التفتيش ، ولكنها تستثني حفر الصرف الصحي .
- تقع على عاتق المقاول مسؤولية التحذير من العيوب / الانسدادات التي تم العثور عليها (تم حلها أم لا) أثناء تنفيذ نشاطه.
- المقاول مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن عمليات التوظيف المطلوبة على الأقل مشاركة 9 عمال نظافة
- سيكون مقدم العطاء مسؤولاً عن تأمين جميع التصاريح أو الأذونات من سلطات مخيم الهول من أجل الوصول إلى المخيم. سيكون مقدم العطاء مسؤولاً أيضًا عن تصاريح السفر / نقاط التفتيش والأذونات من المناطق الخارجية إلى المخيم
يجب على مقدمي العطاءات تقديم عروض الأسعار الخاصة بهم لتشمل : تكلفة النشاط في اليوم ، وللمدة الإجمالية (3 أشهر) / تفاصيل الموظفين / التجارب السابقة في الأنشطة المماثلة / وثائق تسجيل الشركة عند الاقتضاء / انهيار السعر المقترح.

Latrine cleaning ANNEX in Al Hol Camp

A private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. To support the operations in Al Hol, North Syria, the organization is currently looking for a contractor to undertake the following works:
Scope: Cleaning of 75 communal latrines in the Annex of Al Hol Camp.
The activity need to be done every day without exceptions for a period of 3 months.
This tender is open to interested eligible companies, with proven experience in the cleaning and maintenance sector with special bias to camp sanitation facilities in North East Syria.
The contractor responsibilities:
- Provide the water by water trucks (at least 1 trucks of 7m3 by day)
- Provide the cleaning material (including detergents and chlorine) and tools (brush, mops, squeegee, buckets, etc.). The quantities used should be enough for guaranty th infections transmistion (chlorine 0.1%).
- The contractor is in charge of provide the materials/tools necessaries to solve potential obstructions in the discharge pipes of the latrines.
- The cleaning and deblock works of the latrines include the manholes, but exclude the septic pits, segerawe or drainages.
- It is the responsibility of the contractor to warn about defects / obstructions found (resolved or not) during the development of its activity.
- The contractor is totally responsible for staffing, at least 9 cleaners to be involve.
- The Bidder will be responsible to secure ALL permits or permissions from Al Hol Camp Authorities in order to access the Camp. The Bidder will also be responsible for travel/check point passes and permissions from outer areas to the
Bidders must submit their quotations to include: the cost of the activity by day, and for the total period (3 months) / the staff details / previews experience in similar activities / Company registration documents where relevant / breackdown of the price proposed.
