Job Title: HR-Incentive Volunteer

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

HR support

  • Scanning and follow up staff leave request.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Prepare and update the timesheet tracker and share it with HR Officer and follow up with staff
  • Ensure time sheets are collected and submitted to HR Officer on monthly basis.
  • Support staff induction process.
  • Support HR Assistant to keep simple personnel files for volunteers.
  • Work on scanning and printing all HR related documents.

Recruitment:

  • Support in posting ads for volunteers and casual workers
  • Contact candidates before written and interviews (Incentive volunteer, staff if needed)
  • Collect employment applications from community contacts \ Camps.
  • Coordinate with IT Team and HR assistant for preparing laptops prior written tests
  • Organize Interviews.
  • Give regrets to unsuccessful candidates (Incentive Volunteers and national staff if needed)
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR decisions, issues and records
  • Support HR Assistant in preparing and updating the Database of Volunteers

 

 

In order to be successful, you will bring/have:

 

Essential:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR, Administration or any other related position
  • At least one years’ experience in HR, Administration or any other related position with INGOs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with different people.
  • Very good verbal and written English skills.
  • Computer literate (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and ability to do internet based research
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proven ability to handle challenging work load
