A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing the project “Supply of Kitchen Garden” and is inviting contractors to submit offers for works in Raqqa and Amuda in Northeast of Syria.

Aim of the project:

The Organization is implementing a project to address food insecurity for vulnerable conflict affecting population in Syria and invites the contractors to submit offers for procurement of Kitchen-Garden in Raqqa and Amuda in Northeast of Syria.

تقوم المنظمة بتنفيذ مشروع   ” توريد طرود حدائق منزلية ” وتدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض أعمال في الرقة وعامودا في شمال شرق سوريا.

 

  • الهدف من المشروع:

 

ستقوم المنظمة مشروع لمعالجة انعدام الأمن الغذائي للسكان المستضعفين المتأثرين بالصراع  في سوريا تدعو المنظمة المقاولين لتقديم عروض اسعارهم لعملية الشراء الخاصة لتوريد طرود حدائق منزلية في الرقة وعامودا في شمال شرق سوريا

للحصول على قائمة واسعة من المواد والخدمات اللازم تزويدها يرجى الرجوع إلى العرض المالي الرسمي للمنظمة.

 

 

  1. The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: Organization office in Al-Qasadiyah neighbourhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate and organization Office in Meshleb neighbourhood, 100 meters east of Al Howaidy building in Raqqa Governorate, or can be requested by e-mail at operations@gmail.com
  2. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 20th of June 2021 by email to operations@gmail.com and the mail subject should be RFQ/16MULTI/MULTIMULTI/MULTI/PRO/03-06-2021/1
  3. Late offers will be automatically rejected.
  4. Bidders may apply for one or more Lots and the organization reserves the right to contract with one or more companies
  5. The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
  6. The organization will consider the unit price for evaluation purposes.

 

  1. The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to The organization.
  2. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the organization representative office in organization Amuda Office or Raqqa organization Office, not later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 17/06/2021 local time in Syria or by E-mail at    operations@gmail.com

الشروط العامة:

 

  1. يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين في العنوان التالي:

مكتب المنظمة: عامودا حي القادسية – شمال جامع صلاح الدين- قطاع الحسكة، ومكتب المنظمة في الرقة، حي مشلب ، على بعد 100 متر شرق من عمارة الهويدي أو يمكن طلبها عبر الإيميل التالي:

  1. يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 20/06/2021 عن طريق الإيميل operations@gmail.com ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل

  1. العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا
  2. يجوز لمقدمي العطاءات التقدم بطلب للحصول على عقد أو اكثر وتحتفظ المنظمة بحق التعاقد مع شركة او اكثر
  3. تحتفظ المنظمة بحق إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
  4. ستنظر المنظمة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
  5. عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم إلى المنظمة
