متطلبات العمل:

درجة البكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو التنمية / علم النفس أو علم الاجتماع أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
خبرة ثلاث سنوات على الأقل ويفضل أن تكون في الحماية ، أو العمل مع الأسر الضعيفة ومقدمي الرعاية والمجتمعات والأفراد.
خبرة و / أو فهم ممتاز لحقوق الإنسان والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والتواصل بشأن المخاطر والمشاركة المجتمعية بالإضافة إلى تنمية الشباب
المرونة والاستعداد لتغيير ممارسات العمل وساعات العمل وقضاء الوقت في الميدان ، أحيانًا في ظروف صعبة وبموارد محدودة ومع إدارة فنية عن بُعد. إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي بما في ذلك Microsoft Office و Excel.
معرفة جيدة بمنطقة الحسكة والدير وسياقها.
تعتبر مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية الجيدة (الشفوية والكتابية) رصيدًا قويًا

الوصف الوظيفي:

.إدارة الإعداد والتنفيذ والمشاركة في أنشطة المراقبة ودعم فريق مراقبة الحماية في أنواع أخرى من الانشطة مثل تقييمات السلامة وتقييمات الاحتياجات وتعبئة المجتمع وما إلى ذلك.

إنشاء و / أو دعم الآليات المجتمعية وأنشطة التوعية والدعوة وجهود المناصرة.
ضمان سلامة وسرية عملية المراقبة وكذلك ضمان وصول ومشاركة المستفيدين إلى أنشطة المراقبة بالإضافة إلى الخدمات التكميلية من خلال الإحالات.
التنسيق بانتظام مع فرق المراقبة والتقييم لضمان جمع البيانات وتخزينها وتحليلها ,وتحديد أي حادث أو خطر من مخاطر الحماية والتخفيف من حدته على الفور.
ضمان إجراء عملية الرصد في الوقت المناسب ، والالتزام بجميع المواعيد النهائية بحسب خطة الرصد.
تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق المراقبة وتقديم مدخلات منتظمة لخطة العمل.
الإبلاغ عن القضايا والتحديات التي تمت مواجهتها على أرض الواقع واقتراح التغييرات وتدابير التخفيف لضمان استمرار ملاءمة أنشطة البرنامج وفعاليتها.
بالتنسيق مع فريق إدارة الحالة و ,والدعم النفسي، القيام بإحالة الحالات التي تحتاج إلى الدعم الفردي والمشورة داخليًا وضمان الوصول إلى خدمات الأشخاص المعنيين. بالاضافة الى تقديم الدعم لمساعدي مراقبة الحماية عند إجراء الإحالات الخارجية للأشخاص المعنيين لمقدمي الخدمات ، لضمان إجراء العملية وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة الداخلية والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة
ضمان اتباع نهج شامل يراعي الفوارق بين الجنسين في تحديد وإشراك المشاركين في عمليات جمع البيانات ورصدها
العمل عن كثب مع الفريق الفني للحماية ومقره في عمان لضمان تمتع الفريق بالقدرات والمهارات وإدراكه للآليات المناسبة الموضوعة للاستجابة لشواغل الحماية الناشئة
تعزيز مراقبة البرنامج من خلال توفير تحديثات منتظمة وتحديد الفجوات والتحديات التي تواجهها وضمان الاتصال المنتظم مع فريق الأمن ومدير المنطقة لضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والأمن

12 – بالتنسيق الوثيق مع منسق الحماية ومدير المنطقة وقائد فريق المحور ، ضمان التواصل المناسب مع السلطات المحلية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين بشأن أنشطة جمع البيانات ورصدها ، لضمان فهم واضح للأنشطة وتجنب أي سوء تفاهم مع المجتمعات المستهدفة

تنظيم جلسات نقاش مجتمعية عند الحاجة للتخفيف من المخاطر على مستوى المجتمع ، بالتنسيق مع الفريق التقني في عمان.

14- صياغة التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية والتقارير المرحلية وغيرها من التقارير المختلفة ، حسب الاقتضاء

15- ضمان المساءلة أمام السكان المتأثرين ونشر مدونة قواعد السلوك في المنظمة ، وحقوق السكان المتضررين ، وسياسات الحماية، والتغذية الراجعة.

إعداد الوثائق المالية والإدارية المتعلقة بأنشطة المشروع ، مثل طلبات الشراء والمشتريات ، بناءً على طلب كبير مسؤول الحماية .
القيام بأية مهام أخرى يكلف بها المدير المباشر

Job Title: Protection Monitoring Officer

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in social work, development/psychology, sociology or other relevant field.
At least three years’ experience preferably in protection, or working with vulnerable families, caregivers, communities and individuals.
Experience and/or excellent understanding of human rights, GBV, psychosocial support, risk communication and community engagement as well as youth development
Flexibility and willingness to change work practices and hours and spend time in the field, sometimes in difficult conditions and with limited resources, and with remote technical management. • Proficiency in computer use including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Good knowledge about of the Al-Hassakeh region and context.
Good English skills (both oral and written) are a strong asset

Job Description:

1.Lead the preparation and implementation, as well as actively participate in the conduction of

monitoring activities and support the protection monitoring team in other types of exercises

such as safety assessments, needs assessments, community mobilization etc.

Establish and/or support of community-based mechanisms, outreach activities and advocacy

efforts.

ensure the safety and confidentiality of the monitoring process as well as ensure meaningful

access of all the respondents to monitoring activities as well as complementary services through

referrals.

liaise regularly with the MEAL teams to guarantee the data collection, storage and analysis is

conducted in a principled manner and any incident or risk are promptly identified and mitigated

Ensure the monitoring process is conducted in a timely manner and all the deadlines and deliverables included in the monitoring plan are met.
Provide technical support to the monitoring teams and provide regular inputs to the workplan
Flag issues and challenges encountered on the ground and propose changes and mitigation measures to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness of program activities
In coordination with the Case Management and PSS team, internally refer cases in need of individual support and counselling and ensure access to services of people of concern. Provide support to the protection monitoring assistants when making external referrals for people of concern to services providers, to ensure the process is done in accordance with internal SOPs and relevant international standards.
Ensure a gender sensitive and inclusive approach in the identification and engagement of participants in the data collection and monitoring exercises
Work closely with the protection technical team based in Amman to ensure the team has the capacity, skills and is aware of appropriate mechanisms are set to respond to emerging protection concerns
Strengthen the monitoring of the program by providing regular updates and flag gaps and challenges experienced. Ensure regular liaising with the Security team and area manager to ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
In close coordination with the protection coordinator, area manager and hub team leader, ensure proper communication local authorities and other stakeholders on data collection and monitoring activities, to ensure clear understanding on the activities and avoid any misunderstanding with target communities
Organize community briefings when required to mitigate risks at community level, based on communications sheets draft by the technical team
Draft weekly, monthly, progress and other thematic reports, as required
Ensure accountability to affected populations and the dissemination of RI Code of Conduct, rights of affected populations, safeguarding policies and RI FCRM
Prepare financial and administrative documentation related to project activities, such as purchase and procurement requests, based on the requests of the Senior Protection officer
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the line manager
