متطلبات العمل:
شهادة صحية ذات صلة مثل الطب والتمريض والقبالة أو الصحة العامة مع خبرة إضافية للتعويض عن متطلبات الدرجة غير المكتملة.
- الخبرة السابقة في إدارة الفرق الكبيرة. الخبرة السابقة في جمع البيانات وتحليلها

الوصف الوظيفي:
وضع الاستراتيجيات المناسبة وإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة لتحديد الفاشيات والإبلاغ عنها. العمل ضمن هيكل EWARN.
- تطوير وتنفيذ برنامج تدريب العاملين الصحيين المجتمعيين ، بما في ذلك إنتاج رسائل تعليمية إبداعية وذات صلة.
- تحديد وتوظيف قادة الفرق والأفراد المؤهلين لدور العاملين الصحيين المجتمعيين ، على المستوى الميداني.
- الاجتماع مع الموظفين بانتظام لتقديم موجز عن الأنشطة المقترحة وخطة التنفيذ والرصد وأدوار ومسؤوليات كل عضو في الفريق
- زيارات ميدانية منتظمة وإشراف روتيني للموظفين في المجتمعات والمرافق.
- بناء قدرات الموظفين لتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات في ممارسات الصحة والنظافة خاصة فيما يتعلق بـ COVID 19.
- وضع نظام مراقبة وتقييم داخلي لتحديد الأنشطة والتحقق منها.
- تدريب ودعم العاملين الصحيين المجتمعيين ، لتنفيذ نظام إحالة فعال لأفراد المجتمع ، وضمان إدارة حالات الطوارئ في المجتمعات.
- التواصل بشكل وثيق مع فريق WASH لضمان اتساق الرسائل الرئيسية
- مساعدة فريق WASH في تقييم المخاطر المتعلقة بالمياه والصرف الصحي والتخلص من النفايات الطبية أو غيرها من القضايا ووضع استراتيجيات لمعالجة المشاكل مع المجتمع.
- حضور اجتماعات منتظمة مع إدارة المشروع عند الحاجة.
- حضور اجتماعات منتظمة مع السلطات ووكالات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية والشركاء المحليين حسب الحاجة.
- توقع الاحتياجات المتغيرة وحالات الطوارئ ، والتواصل مع فريق الإدارة
- الدعم في إجراء تقييمات أولية للاحتياجات وتحديد مجالات المساعدة.
- المساعدة في أدوات وتطبيقات جمع البيانات المحوسبة والإشراف على العملية لضمان تقديم تقارير عالية الجودة عن التقدم المحرز مقابل مؤشرات الاقتراح باستخدام أنظمة جمع البيانات المنظمةs.
- المساعدة في إعداد وصياغة التقارير الدورية.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتحديث جميع برامج التوعية ومواد الموارد مثل الوسائل المرئية ومواد IEC والمعينات الوظيفية.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ ورصد وتقييم البرامج بما يتماشى مع اقتراح المشروhع المعتمد والميزانية.
- المساعدة في تعزيز وتشجيع مشاركة المجتمع في أنشطة الصحة والمياه والصرف الصحي والتغذية وتشجيعها على مستوى المجتمع المحلي.
- المساعدة في تنظيم وتنفيذ أي حملات صحية مجتمعية وتعبئة مثل حملات التطعيم والفحص المجتمعي وما إلى ذلك.
- التنسيق كلوسلي مع موظف الصحة في تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة صحة المجتمع ودورات تدريب العاملين في صحة المجتمع.
- المشاركة في تخطيط وتنفيذ بناء القدرات لشركاء الروتاري الدولي حسب الحاجة.
- يجب الالتزام وتقديم الدعم على المستوى الميداني للالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات IPC المتعلقة بـ COVID 19.
- تقديم جميع التقارير المطلوبة على أسس منتظمة وحسب الحاجة.
- دعم وتعزيز التزام المنظمة بضمان حماية وسلامة المجتمعات الضعيفة التي نخدمها.

Job Requirements:
- Relevant health degree such as medical, nursing, midwifery or public health with additional expeOrgnization ence to compensate for incomplete degree requirements.

- Able to exercise sound judgment
- Able to relate to and motivate staff effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google software, particularly Google DOrgnization ve, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Word and MS Excel. Adobe suite preferred.
- Previous NGO expeirence in a similar context is a plus.
Job Description:
- Set up of appropOrgnization ate strategies and SOPs for identification and reporting of outbreaks. Work within the EWARN structure.
- Develop and implement a CHW training program, including the production of creative and relevant education messages.
- Identify and hire qualified Team Leaders and individuals for the role of CHW, at the field level.
- Meet with staff regularly to provide bOrgnization efing on proposed activities, implementation and monitoOrgnization ng plan and roles and responsibilities of each team member
- Regular field visits and routine supervision of the staff in the communities and facilities.
- Build the capacity of staff to implement best practice in health and hygiene practices particularly as related to COVID 19.
- Develop an internal monitoOrgnization ng and evaluation system to quantify and veOrgnization fy activities.
- Train and support community health workers, to implement an effective referral system for community members, and ensure management of emergency cases in the communities.
- Interface closely with the WASH team to ensure key messages are consistent
- Assist WASH team in evaluating Orgnization sks related to water, sanitation, medical waste disposal or other issues and develop strategies to address the problems with the community.
- Attend regular meetings with the project administration when needed.
- Attend regular meetings with the AuthaOrgnization ties, UN agencies, INGOs, and local partners as needed.
- Anticipate changing needs and emergencies, communicating to management team
- Support in conducting initial needs assessments and determining areas of assistance.
- Assist in computeOrgnization zed data collection tools and applications and oversee the process to ensure high quality reporting of progress against proposal indicators by using ORGNIZATION s data collection systems.
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of peOrgnization odic reports.
- Help develop and update all program outreach and resource mateOrgnization als such as visual aids, IEC mateOrgnization als and job aids.
- Assist in implementation and monitoOrgnization ng and evaluations of programs in line with the approved project proposal and budget.
- Assist to promote and encourage community participation in and ownership of health, WASH and nutOrgnization tion activities at the community level.
- Assist in the organization and implementation of any community health campaigns and mobilization such as vaccination campaigns, community screening, etc.
- Coordinate closley with the health officer in planning and implementing community health activities and CHW trainings.
- Participating in the capacity buidling planning and implementation for the ORGNIZATION ’s local partners as needed.
- Must adhere and provide the support at the field level to adhere to all IPC protocols as related to COVID 19.
- Submit all the requested reports on regular bases, and based on the need.
