Job Title: FSL Temporary Worker عامل مؤقت لأمن الغذاء وسبل العيش

Job Requirements:
- University degree or Institute, or secondary school of Agriculture or Vet will be prioritizing.
- Experience in working or volunteering with a humanitarian organization;
- Previous experience in distributions, data collection and monitoring;
- Experience in facilitating group discussions and meetings;
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people including IDPs, Hosting Communities, local authorities, humanitarian agencies, etc;
- Flexible and have the ability to learn and developed;
- Good communication skill.
Job Description:
- Support beneficiary registration and verification process with partners and staff
- Support FSL beneficiary registration and FSL workers contracting
- Support FSL regular filed visits and filed monitoring
- Support staff with regular filed reports
- Support through FSL rounds preparation and closing
- Work with partners to support staff with all field requirement sheets
- Flexible to transfer among the different projects locations
- Support filing and organization of collected data and records
- Prepare beneficiary database and cross check information in assigned beneficiary lists and ensure consistency
- Support the transforming of the field information
- Support FSL team in all the FSL projects implementation steps.
- Support FSL payment documents preparation and distribution
- Support in FSL material distribution and other tasks as required by the supervisor.
- Support FSL other teams in their field activities implementation and other needed Activities and support.
JOB SUMMARY
Field temporary worker will work under the direct supervision of NES field staff. It is anticipated that these field temporary workers will help NES program to improve the efficiency, quality and impact of work in NES.
Contract period: Three months (with possibility to extend)
