الوصف الوظيفي:

  • معرفة وفرض سياسات المنظمة وقواعد إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) ولوائحها لمنع النشاط الإجرامي قبل حدوثه ، أو الاستجابة بشكل مناسب في حالة وقوع أي حادث.
  • مراقبة نقاط الوصول في خصائص المؤسسة للسماح بالدخول فقط للأفراد ذوي الهوية أو التصريح الصحيح.
  • الاحتفاظ بالقائمة الحالية ، والاتصال بالسلطات ذات الصلة في حالة وجود أي تهديد لأصول المنظمة أو موظفيها ، وتقديم تقارير مكتوبة أو شفهية للرؤساء على الفور.
  • حماية ممتلكات المنظمة وموظفيها من خلال الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومأمونة ، وتسليط الضوء على أي نقاط ضعف للرؤساء.
  • انتبه لعلامات الجريمة أو الفوضى وتحقق من الاضطرابات
  • القيام بدوريات عشوائية أو منتظمة للبناء والمحيط ، ومراقبة الدخول والتحكم في مداخل المباني وبوابات المركبات
  • السماح للأشخاص المصرح لهم بدخول الممتلكات وتسجيل وقت الدخول والمغادرة وتوجيه الزوار إلى المنطقة المناسبة
  • مساعدة الموظفين في حالة الإخلاء المفاجئ.
  • القيام بواجبات الأمن الأخرى ذات الصلة بناء على طلب “إدارة الأمن”.
  • يتمثل الدور في حراسة مجمعات المنظمات والمستودعات والأصول والموظفين ، مع الالتزام بالمبادئ الإنسانية للمنظمات غير الحكومية المتمثلة في كونها غير مسلحة ، وعدم استخدام العنف ، وعدم الانتماء إلى أي جماعات مسلحة. المهام الرئيسية هي الكشف والردع والمراقبة والإبلاغ. حراس الأمن مسؤولون عن دعم مدير الأمن فيما يتعلق بجميع الأمور المتعلقة بالأمن داخل الميدان والمكتب والمستودعات

 Proven working experience as a security guard or relevant experience.

 Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.

 Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.

Job Description:

  • Know and enforce organization’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) rules and regulations to prevent criminal activity before it happens, or respond appropriately in the event of any incident.
  • Monitor points of access in organization’s properties to allow entry only to individuals with the correct identification or authorization.
  • Maintain current list, contact relevant authorities in the case of any threat to organization’s assets or staff, and make written or verbal reports to superiors immediately.
  • Protect organization’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment, and highlighting any weaknesses to superiors.
  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
  • Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter, monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
  • Permit authorized persons to enter property and records time of entry and departure and directs visitors to appropriate area
  • Assist employees in case of a sudden evacuation.
  • Undertake other security related duties as requested by the Security Manager.
  • The role is to guard organization compounds, warehouses, assets and staff, whilst abiding to NGO humanitarian principles of being unarmed, not using violence, and not being affiliated with any armed groups. The main tasks are to detect, deter, observe and report. Security guards are responsible for supporting the Security Manager regarding all matters relating to security within the field, office, warehouses.
