An international NGO invites for submission eligible service providers for tender of Providing Electronic maintenance trainers for TVET centre

منظمة غير حكومية تدعوا مزودي الخدمة للتقدم لمناقصة تقديم خدمة التدريبات الالكترونية لمراكز النشاطات في مكاتب المنظمة في الرقة

Tender documentation with detailed instructions for trainers and forms to be filled by the trainers can be obtained from the Offices at Raqqa and Manbij during working days between 8.30 a.m. 4.30 p.m. before 03^rd of March 2021.

يمكن الحصول على أوراق المناقصة من مكاتب المنظمة في منبج و الرقة خلال أوقات الدوام من الساعة 8:30 الى 4:30 قبل 03 من أذار  2021

Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

يجب التقيد بشروط المناقصة و استكمال الأوراق والا سيتم استبعاد مزود الخدمة

Sealed tender offers with required documents have to be submitted to organization office in Raqqa as hardcopy. before closing date and time:  04^th of March 2021 at 12:00 pm Syrian local time.

يجب تقديم عروض العطاءات المختومة مع المستندات المطلوبة إلى مكتب التنظيم في الرقة كنسخة ورقية. قبل تاريخ ووقت الإغلاق: 04 أذار   2021 الساعة 12:00 ظهراً بالتوقيت المحلي السوري.

1. Each trainer must meet and properly prove the following qualification criteria with relevant documentation:
   • Annex I Quotation
   • Certificate or other proof of experience in the training profession (example: letter from union, practice card, references)
   • Copy of Trainer ID Card
   • CV with previous experiences listed, including:

• of years of experience in practising his/her profession
• Reference /at least 2
• Previous experience in training adults (to be proven with references from minimal 2 students who are now practicing the trained profession
  • Annex II : Sworn Eligibility statement
  • Annex III: TOR term of reference

يجب أن يفي كل مناقص ويثبت معايير التأهيل التالية بشكل صحيح مع الوثائق ذات الصلة :

• عرض السعر.
• شهادة أو دليل آخر على الخبرة في مهنة التدريب (مثال: خطاب من نقابة ، بطاقة ممارسة ، مراجع)
• صورة عن البطاقة الشخصية
• السيرة الذاتية لقائمة الخبرات السابقة, متضمنة:
  • عدد سنوات الخبرة في مزاولة المهنة
  • المراجع – على الأقل اثنين
  • عدد برامج التدريب المماثلة للكبار (يتم إثباتها بمراجع من 2 طالب كحد أدنى يمارسون المهنة المدربة)
