An international NGO invites for submission eligible companies for purchase of Ready to eat kits.
منظمة غير حكومية تدعو الشركات المختصة والمؤهلة لشراء السلات الغذائية الجاهزة للاكل
Tender documentation with detailed instructions for trainers and forms to be filled by the trainers can be obtained from the Offices at Derek, Raqqa and Manbij during working days between 8.30 a.m. 4.30 p.m. before 15th of march 2021 or upon request via email;
يمكن الحصول على أوراق المناقصة من مكاتب المنظمة في منبج والرقة و ديريك خلال أوقات الدوام من الساعة 8:30 الى 4:30 قبل 15 من أذار 2021 او من خلال الطلب من البريد الالكتروني أعلاه
Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
يجب التقيد بشروط المناقصة واستكمال الأوراق والا سيتم استبعاد مزود الخدمة
Sealed tender offers with required documents and samples have to be submitted to organization office in Manbij as hardcopy. before closing date and time: 16th of March 2021 at 12:00 pm Syrian local time.
يجب تقديم عروض العطاءات المختومة مع المستندات المطلوبة و النماذج إلى مكتب المنظمة في منبج كنسخة ورقية. قبل تاريخ ووقت الإغلاق: 16 أذار 2021 الساعة 12:00 ظهراً بالتوقيت المحلي السوري.
Envelope opening session will be held on 16/03/2021 by 14:00 p.m. Syrian local time venue CVT office in Menbij and the suppliers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
ستعقد جلسة فتح المغلفات يوم 16/03/2021 الساعة 14:00 الثانية ظهرافي مكتب منظمة CVT، في منبج: وسيتم دعوة المناقصين أو ممثليهم المفوضين لحضور جلسة فتح المغلفات.
Note:
Suppliers who submitted for the last pervious tender can receive his sample from our office in Menbij in work time
المزودين الذين تقدموا للمناقصة السابقة بإمكانهم استلام نماذجهم من مكتب المنظمة في منبج في أوقات العمل.
