| طلب تقديم عروض / دعوة للمناقصة – (تمديد مهلة التقديم للمناقصة) |
| تعلن منظمة انسانية-مكتب ديريك عن طلب عطاءات من الموردين المسجلين / المرخصين حسب الأصول من قبل حكومة شمال شرق سوريا للمناقصة التالية:
· مناقصة شراء مستهلكات طبية رقم PR/SYR/IH/2021/017+106 لعقد اتفاقية مفتوحة ثابتة السعر لمدة سنة واحدة. · اخر موعد لتسليم المناقصات هو 25 اذار 2021 لغاية الساعة 5:00 مساءاً. · على الراغبين بالمشاركة الرجاء ارسال تاكيد مشاركة عن طريق طلب اوراق المناقصة مجانا من خلال الموقع الالكتروني rines.tender@ri.org او عن طريق مكتب المنظمة الكائن في مدينة ديريك – شارع المرور مقابل حديقة فجين. · الرجاء ارسال المناقصات و العروض داخل مغلف مغلق و مختوم ويجب ان يكون العرض المالي ضمن ظرف منفصل مع علامة وختم وتوقيع ضمن الظرف الاساسي الى مكتب هيئة الاغاثة الدولية في ديريك او عن طريق خدمات التوصيل المعتمدة و ذلك ليس بعد يوم الاغلاق، سوف لا ينظر في اي مناقصة غير متقيدة مع المعايير المذكورة وقم بوضع علامة الرقم المرجعي للعطاء على الظرف كما هو موضح أعلاه. · يجب ان ترفق المناقضات و العروض بنسخ عن شهادات تسجيل الشركة و رخصة مهن سارية المفعول تفيد بان الشركة مخولة ببيع و تداول السلع الطبية. · عند استلام نسخ العطاء يجب التاكد من تسجيل اسم الشركة و الشخص المستلم في سجل خاص في مكتب المنظمة في ديريك و سيتم اعتماد المراسلات الالكتروني كسجل اذا تم طلب نسخ العطاء عن طريق البريد الالكتروني.

An INGO– Derik office is soliciting bids from suppliers who are duly registered / licensed by the government of NES for the below Tender: · Medical Consumables Invitation to Tender # PR/SYR/IH/2021/017+106, for contracting one year fixed priced blanket Agreement. · The last day for submitting quotations is 18 March 2021 at 5:00 pm. · Those who are interested in participating, please confirm your participation by requesting the tender dossier free of charge by email to the email address (rines.tender@ri.org,) or can be collected from the Organization office located in Derik – Traffic street – Opposite to Fajin Park · Bids must be delivered in SEALED ENVELOPE and financial offer should be in separate closed envelope inside the main envelope with mark, Signature and stamp to the organization office in Derek on the address above or through courier service not later than the closing deadline. No bid will be considered for further evaluation process if that doesn’t meet the stated criteria. Mark Tender reference number on the envelope as indicated above. · Bids must include copies of company registration certificates, a valid work permit, and relevant company operational certificates. Provide the certificate of authorization to sell and deal in medical commodities. · It is mandatory to register your company on a provided logbook kept in the organization office at the time of collecting tender dossier and submission of bid.
