IMPORTANT NOTICE for PROCUREMENT

إشعار لعملية تزويد

RFQ/16EBB/D39WRC/AMU/WASH/10-12-2020/1          

 

A non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to provide support to conflict affected populations in North-East Syria and invites contractors to submit offers for Water Station Rehabilitation in Akoula (36.743134, 41.363676).

 

نحن منظمة غير ربحية، تقوم ينفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لتقديم الدعم للسكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا ويدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض لإعادة تأهيل محطة المياه في أكولا(36.743134,41.363676.

Maintenance  will include, but will not be limited to: الاصلاحات سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
  • Providing Operation and maintenance tools and execute maintenance works
 ·         توفير أدوات التشغيل والصيانة وتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة
  • Executing concrete
  • تنفيذ الخرسانة
Contract Completion: will be before 31/01/2021 صلاحية الاتفاقية: ستكون لغاية 31/01/2021

 

Period of all services: 1 month after signing the contract

مدة جميع الخدمات 1 شهر بعد توقيع العقد

  1. Tender documentation can be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from the organization office- Al Qadesya Street, near Salah Aldeen Mosque or can be requested by E-mail at operations@gmail.com.
    يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين من مكتبنا في عامودا- شارع القادسية بجانب مسجد صلاح الدين  أو يمكن طلبها عبر الإيميل التالي  syria.operations@gmail.com.

  1. Late offers will be automatically rejected

العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.

  1. Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on 24th of December 2020 by email to operations@gmail.com , and the mail subject should be RFQ/16EBB/D39WRC/AMU/WASH/10-12-2020/1

يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 24/12/2020 في ملفين منفصلين (أحدهم للعرض الفني والثاني للعرض المالي) عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com   ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل

  1. A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 15th of December 2020 in our representative office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization’s office on 16th of December 2020.

جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في  15/12/2020  الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب  عامودا، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة /من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب في عامودا  في يوم 16/12/2020
