منظمة مساعادت النرويجية ( NPA) هي منظمة قائمة على اساس الشراكة حيث بدأت العمل في إقليم كردستان في عام 1995 وبعد عام 2003 بدأت منظمة مساعدات الشعب النرويجية العمل في باقي مناطق العراق وشمال سوريا.
تدعو منظمة المساعدات الشعبية النرويجية NPA مقدمي العروض المؤهلين للعروض المختومة لتوريد المواد التالية:

NPA is a partnership based organization, started working in Kurdistan region in 1995 and after 2003 NPA started working in the rest of Iraq.
Norwegian Peoples Aid invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following ITB:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with bidding procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement guidelines, and is open to all eligible bidders.
