- الوصف الوظيفي :
- مسؤول عن تسويق منتجات الجمعية بالأسواق
- الخبرة الميدانية العملية في مجال تصريف المنتجات
- المهارة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير التقنية المتعلقة بالعمل.
- العمل بدوام كامل والاستعداد لإنجاز المهام الموكلة إليه
- القدرة على العمل داخل فريق ، والقدرة على التفكير بسرعة وإيجاد حلول للمشاكل في هذا المجال.
- المشاركة في وضع الخطط المناسبة لتسويق وصرف منتجات الجمعية وفق متطلبات السوق
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات مختلفة
- متابعة امور البيع والشراء مع مستفيدي سموول بيزنس ووضع اليات لتطوير عمليات البيع لمنتجات الجمعية
- المشاركة ضمن كادر العمل وفق متطلبات العمل و البحث عن حلول المشاكل المعترضة
- المشاركة كفريق عمل للبحث عن اليات تطوير عمل الجمعية
- متابعة عمليات تحصيل ورادات الجمعية في الاسواق المحلية من مستفيدي سموول بيزنس و من التجار المتعاملين مع الجمعية ووضع اليات تحصيل مناسبة ومدروسة وفق مصلحة الجمعية
- المشاركة مع الموزع و الوقوف على عمله ووضع الآليات المناسبة لتطوير عمليات التوزيع حسب متطلبات السوق
- الوقوف على جودة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة من الجمعية والتي يتم ترويجها وصرفها من خلال مستفيدي السمول بزنس ورفع التقارير اللازمة لتحسين المنتج
- مسؤول عن اعداد قاعدة بيانات وتحديثها بشكل دوري عن كافة منتجات الجمعية والوقوف على الامور البيع والشراء والتنسيق مع منسق الجمعية ومدير المكتب لوضع اليات تطوير المنتجات واليات التصريف والتوزيع للمنتجات بعد دراسة السوق واحتياجاته .

- College degree
- Previous work experience with NGOs or international NGOs is an advantage.

- Job Description:
- Responsible for marketing the association’s products in the market
- Practical field experience in the field of product discharge
- Skill in communicating and preparing technical reports related to work.
- Work full time and prepare to complete the tasks assigned to him
- The ability to work within a team, and the ability to think quickly and find solutions to problems in this area.
- participate in developing appropriate plans for marketing and disbursing the products of the association in accordance with market requirements
- Ability to work in different environments
- Follow-up matters of sale and purchase with Small Business beneficiaries and put in place mechanisms to develop sales operations for the association’s products
- Participation in the work force according to work requirements and searching for solutions to the problems encountered
- Participating as a team to search for mechanisms for developing the association’s work
- Follow-up on the collection and revenues of the association in the local markets from the beneficiaries of Small Business and from the dealers dealing with the association and the development of appropriate and studied collection mechanisms according to the interest of the association
- Participate with the distributor, stand up for his work, and develop appropriate mechanisms to develop distribution operations according to market requirements
- Standing on the quality of the products and services provided by the association, which are promoted and dispensed through the small business beneficiaries, and submitting the necessary reports to improve the product
- Responsible for preparing a database and updating it periodically on all the products of the association and finding out matters of sale and purchase and coordinating with the association coordinator and the director of the office to put in place product development mechanisms and the mechanisms of disposal and distribution of products after studying the market and its needs.
