- الوصف الوظيفي :
- مسؤول عن جمع البيانات وتقييم السوق و متابعة منح السموول بيزنس
- الخبرة الميدانية العملية في مجال جمع ورصد البيانات
- المهارة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير التقنية المتعلقة بالعمل.
- العمل بدوام كامل والاستعداد لإنجاز المهام الموكلة إليه
- القدرة على العمل داخل فريق ، والقدرة على التفكير بسرعة وإيجاد حلول للمشاكل في هذا المجال.
- المشاركة في وضع الخطط المناسبة لجمعية الثروة الحيوانية وفق متطليات السوق
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات مختلفة
- تقييم البائعين السموول بيزنس ومتابعة امور البيع والشراء وتقييمها
- المشاركة ضمن كادر العمل وفق متطلبات العمل و البحث عن حلول المشاكل المعترضة
- المشاركة كفريق عمل للبحث عن اليات تطوير عمل الجمعية
- عملية رصد السوق بشكل متواصل
- إجراء جميع التقييمات الخاصة المطلوبة لكافة الانشطة المتعلقة بعمل الجمعية
- تقييم جودة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة من قبل البائعين للمستفيدين
- مسؤول عن اعداد قاعدة بيانات وتحديثها بشكل دوري عن كافة انشطة المشروع
- اعداد تقارير دورية عن التحقيقات وسيرها والحلول الى مدير المكتب

- College degree
- Previous work experience with NGOs or international NGOs is an advantage.
- Good team work with the team and is able to withstand the pressure of work.
- Work fluently on a computer (messaging, Excel, Word)
- Has the ability to communicate well with the beneficiaries.

- Job Description:
- Responsible for collecting data, evaluating the market and following up the Small Business grant
- Practical field experience in data collection and monitoring
- Skill in communicating and preparing technical reports related to work.
- Work full time and prepare to complete the tasks assigned to him
- The ability to work within a team, and the ability to think quickly and find solutions to problems in this area.
- Participate in developing appropriate plans for the Animal Wealth Association according to market requirements
- Ability to work in different environments
- Evaluating the business sellers and following up and evaluation of buying and selling matters
- Participating in the work force according to work requirements and searching for solutions to the problems encountered
- Participating as a team to search for mechanisms for developing the association’s work
Continuous market monitoring process
- Conducting all required special assessments for all activities related to the work of the association
- Evaluating the quality of products and services provided by sellers to beneficiaries
- Responsible for preparing a database and updating it periodically for all project activities
- Prepare periodic reports on investigations, their progress and solutions to the office manager
