A non-profit, non-governmental organization providing Agriculture supplies for Home-Garden and Kitchen Garden kits inviting service provider to submit their offers for this service,

WORKS SPECIFICATIONS:
The tender contains 4 lots:
– Seeds
– Fertilizers
– Tools
– Drip irrigation tools

يحتوي العطاء على 4 مجموعات :
 بذور
 اسمدة
 أدوات
 أدوات الري بالتنقيط

The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following addresses: Raqqa Office (Raqqa -City, Al Mshleb Near to Khaled supermarket) or Amuda Office (Salah Al-Deen Mosque Neighborhood). or can be requested by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com
يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة )عربي وانجليزي( بشكل مجاني من قبل المهتمين من العناوين التالية: مكتب
الرقة )مدينة الرقة مشلب بالقرب من سوبرماركت خالد( أو مكتب عامودا, حي القادسية – شمال جامع صلاح الدين –.
و يمكن طلبها عبر الايميل التالي: syria.operations@gmail.com

 Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 11/07/2020 in One File by email to syria.operations@gmail.com

 Late offers will be automatically rejected.

 The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
 The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
 A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 30th of June 2020 in representative office in: Raqqa Office (Raqqa -City,Al Mshleb Near to Khaled supermarket) and Amuda Office (Salah Al-Deen Mosque Neighborhood). Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the mentioned offices on 30th of June 2020
 The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

المؤسسة في الرقة )مدينة الرقة مشلب بالقرب من سوبرماركت خالد( أو في مكتب الموسسة في عامودا – شارع القادسية بجانب مسجد صلاح الدين .المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية بالإضافة لأنه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب في يوم 006/202/30
• المؤسسه غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للمؤسسة
