متطلبات العمل:

  1. فهم المهمة الإنسانية للمنظمة.
  2. خبرة من 2 – 3 سنوات في سياق الطوارئ.
  3. يفضل القدرة على القراءة والكتابة.
  4. مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين ، بما في ذلك الصبر والدبلوماسية والاستعداد للاستماع واحترام الزملاء.
  5. يجب أن تكون قادرة على العمل بشكل فردي وكجزء من فريق.
  6. القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى ومجهدة.
  7. يجب أن تكون مرنة ، مستعدة لأداء واجبات أخرى والعمل ساعات غير منتظمة.
  8. جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
  9. اسلوب غير حاكم واحترام التنوع

 

الوصف الوظيفي:

  1. الحفاظ على نظافة مركز المساحة الامنة للنساء و الفتيات وفقًا لجداول التنظيف وإجراءات السياسات والمعايير والاستراتيجيات المتفق عليها.
  2. التأكد من الحفاظ على المخازن واللوازم بمستويات متفق عليها واستخدامها اقتصاديًا.
  3. تنظيف أرضيات المباني عن طريق الكنس أو التطهير أو التنظيف بالمكنسة الكهربائية.
  4. اتباع إجراءات استخدام المنظفات الكيميائية ومعدات الطاقة لمنع تلف الأرضيات.
  5. اعلام المديرين بشأن الحاجة إلى الإصلاحات ان وجدت أو إضافات لبناء أنظمة التشغيل.
  6. طلب المعدات او المواد اللازمة لواجبات التنظيف.
  7. تنظيف وتلميع الأثاث والتركيبات.
  8. تقديم الخدمات وتنظيف المراحيض أو وضع الصابون.
  9. جمع والقمامة و افراغها.
  10. ان عامل تنظيف المركز مسؤول عن النظافة و ضمان طرق التنظيف الصحية في المركز الصحي وفقا للارشادات و القواعد التالية: – ارتداء زي نظيف و متكيف

–  القيام بتظيف اليدين باستخدام الكحول في بداية و نهاية عمليات التنظيف كو نها ضرورة في كل مرة

– ارتداء القفازات في وقت أعمال التنظيف.

  1. احترام المسار المنطفي في عملية التنظيف:

– البدء بالمناطق الاقل تلوث

– التنظيف المناظق القذرة من الاعلى الى الاسفل

– التنظيف قبل التطهير

  1. لا يجب ان تخلط منتجات تنظيف عدة مع بعضها البعض
  2. تنظيف و تطهير المواد بعد استخدامها في نهايو اليوم
  3. استخدام تقنيات جيدة لازالة الغبار مثل استخدام ممسحة رطبة للاسطح.
  4. تنظيف النوافذ أو الأقسام الزجاجية أو المرايا أو استخدام الماء والصابون أو الإسفنج أو غيرها من مواد التنظيف التي لا تترك اثار مواد خطرة أو قابلة للاشتعال في متناول الاشخاص
  5. التقيد والتمسك بمبدأ السرية فيما يتعلق بالمعلومات الشخصية والسرية
  6. اي مهام اخرى تكلف من قبل المدير المباشر

Job Requirements:        

  1. Understand the humanitarian mission of the organization.
  2. 2-3 years’ experience within an emergency context.
  3. Ability to read and write desiderable.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for colleagues.
  5. Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
  7. Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours.
  8. Good in English and Arabic.
  9. Non-judgmental attitude and respect for diversity

Job Description:

  1. Keeping the WGSS clean in accordance with agreed cleaning schedules, policies procedures, standards and strategies.
  2. Ensuring that stores and supplies are maintained at agreed levels and used economically.
  3. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  4. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  5. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  6. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning duties.
  7. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  8. Service and clean restrooms or supply soap.
  9. Gather and empty trash.
  10. The WGSS cleaner is responsible for cleanliness and ensuring hygienic cleaning methods in the HF according to the following Guidelines and rules:
  • To wear a clean and adapted uniform.
  • To perform hygiene of the hands (washing or friction hydro-alcoholic) in beginning and end of the operations of cleaning, and each time necessary.
  • To wear gloves at the time of the cleaning actions.
  1. To respect a logical order in the course of cleaning:
  • To start with the least contaminated areas.
  • To clean towards the dirty one, and from top to down.
  • To clean always before disinfecting.
  1. To never mix different cleaning products together.
  2. To clean and to disinfect the material after use at the end of the day.
  3. To use good dust removal techniques like wet wiping of surfaces and wet sweeping.
  4. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaning sponges, or squeegees Do not leave dangerous or inflammable materials at reach of the public
  5. Discretion and uphold the principle of confidentiality concerning personal and confidential information
