Job Requirements:
University degree is preferable

Job Description:
Leave plan and leave requests for the admin team of cleaners and Night watchmen
Handling the register book
Doing the inventory for the stock and report the required supplied materials for Admin Assistant
Supervising the maintain ace works done by the handyman or by external suppliers
Scanning and arranging documents.
Support to Preparethe organization IDs forms for new staff and staff who changed positions and make sure all staff have their IDs;
Undertake other appropriate tasks that support the work of the organization in Syria as requested.
