- شهادة جامعية في مجال ذي صلة.
- المعرفة بالتعليم في حالات الطوارئ ، والمعايير الدنيا لحماية الطفل والوقاية من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
- معرفة المبادئ الأساسية للتدريس ، والانضباط الإيجابي ، وتنمية الأطفال وتعلمهم.
- خبرة في العمل مع الأطفال ، في العمل الاجتماعي وأنشطة التوعية ، بما في ذلك الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والتعلم العاطفي الاجتماعي.
- مهارات تواصل واستماع غير عنيفة وشخصية ممتازة.
- الدافع والطاقة ، استباقية وعلى استعداد لتبادل الأفكار ومناقشتها.

الوصف الوظيفي:
قيادة عملية الإعداد والتقييم لمراكز التعليم غير النظامي
- إجراء تقييم للأطفال في الفئة العمرية ذات الصلة لمكون التعليم غير النظامي
- تسجيل الأطفال وتجميعهم حسب العمر والمستوى
- تقييم واختيار الموقع المحتمل لمراكز التعليم غير النظامي
- التواصل مع المجتمع حول تفاصيل وأهمية المكون
قيادة الإدارة التشغيلية وتشغيل مراكز التعليم غير النظامي
- إدارة جميع احتياجات المشتريات للمراكز
- تقييم الاحتياجات المتعلقة بالمعلمين والأطفال والصفوف
- التأكد من أن الفصول الدراسية آمنة جسديًا
- ضمان وصول الأطفال إلى المياه والمراحيض
- تسجيل ورقة حضور الطلاب ومتابعة المتسربين وفقًا لذلك
الإشراف الفني والدعم لميسري التعليم غير النظامي
- متابعة تخطيط الدرس وتقديم الدروس بواسطة ميسري التعليم غير النظامي
- دعم وتوجيه ميسري التعليم غير النظامي
- إدارة تنفيذ حلقات تعلم الميسرين
- تضمين التقييم التكويني للأطفال ومتابعة نتائج التعلم والأطفال الذين يحتاجون إلى دعم إضافي
- إحالة الأطفال إلى الخدمات المتخصصة
قيادة وتنفيذ أنشطة دعم المدارس الرسمية
- بالتنسيق مع منسق المنطقة والضابط المهندس ، تقديم الدعم في اختيار مدرستين رسميتين لإعادة تأهيلهما
- التنسيق مع الضابط المهندس بشأن إعادة تأهيل المدارس الرسمية لضمان تنفيذ الحد الأدنى من معايير INEE والمعايير الدنيا NES في أعمال إعادة التأهيل
- التنسيق مع المدرب في تنظيم وتسهيل تدريب المعلمين في سياقات الأزمات في مدرستين رسميتين تم تحديدهما
- قيادة عملية شراء وتوزيع مواد التعلم والتعليم والترفيه والنظافة للمدارس الرسمية المدعومة
عقد جلسات الأبوة والأمومة وجلسات التوعية لمقدمي الرعاية
- تحضير مواد جلسات التربية
- إعداد وإرسال الدعوات لأولياء الأمور
- تسهيل الجلسات باستخدام تقنيات التيسير النشط
- سجل حضور أولياء الأمور والمتابعة وفقًا لذلك
التوعية التعليمية
- مقابلة أصحاب المصلحة في المجتمع والجهات الفاعلة التعليمية الرئيسية لإبلاغهم بالمشروع ، لإشراكهم في عملية التنفيذ عندما يطلب ذلك مسؤول التعليم
- العمل مع فريق الحماية ، وضمان تعميم مبادئ الحماية في جميع أنحاء برنامج التعليم ودعم تنظيم وتنفيذ الأنشطة والأحداث المشتركة.

Job Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant domain.
- Knowledge of Education in Emergencies, Child Protection and Prevention of Gender Based Violence minimum standards.
- Knowledge of basic principles of teaching, positive discipline, children’s development and learning.
- Experience in working with children, in social work and outreach activities, including psychosocial support and social emotional learning.
- Excellent interpersonal, nonviolent communication and listening skills.

Job Description:
Lead the set up and assessment for the NFE centres
- Conduct the assessment of children in the related age group for the NFE component
- Registration of children and grouping according to age and level
- Assessing and selecting potential location for the NFE centres
- Communicate to the community on the details and importance of the component
Lead the operational management and running of the NFE centres
- Manage all procurement needs for the centres
- Assess the needs related to teachers , children and classes
- Ensure classes are physically safe
- Ensure children have access to water and latrines
- Record students attendance sheet and follow up on drop outs accordingly
Technical supervision and support for non-formal Education facilitators
- Follow up on lesson planning and delivery of lessons by the NFE facilitators
- Support and mentor the NFE facilitators
- Manage the implementation of Facilitators learning circles
- Include formative assessment for children and follow up on learning outcomes and children in need for additional support
- Referral of children to specialized services
Lead and implement the formal schools support activities
- In coordination with the area coordinator and the Engineer officer, support in the selection of 2 formal schools to be rehabilitated
- Coordinate with the engineer officer on the rehabilitation of the formal schools ensuring INEE minimum standards and NES minimum standards are implemented in the rehabilitation works
- Coordinate with the trainer officer in Organising and facilitating the training for teachers in crisis contexts in the 2 identified formal schools
- Lead the procurement and distribution of learning , teaching , recreation and hygiene materials for the supported formal schools
Conduct parenting sessions and awareness sessions for caregivers
- Prepare the parenting sessions materials
- Prepare and send the invitations for parents
- Facilitate the sessions using active facilitation techniques
- Record attendance of parents and follow up accordingly
Education outreach
- Meet with community stakeholders and main education actors to inform them about the project, to involve them with the implementation process when requested by the Education Officer
- Work with the Protection team, ensure protection principles are mainstreamed throughout the Education Programme and support the organisation and implementation of common activities and events.
