INVITATIONS TO TENDER NETWORK CONSTRUCTION – SECTION 1: PIPPING AL HOL CAMP, HASAKEH   إعلان لاستدراج عروض لمناقصة بناء شبكة أنابيب المياه – القسم الأول   في مخيم الهول

A private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation is currently looking for a contractor to undertake the construction of a water network in Al Hol Refugee Camp, North East Syria.

تبحث منظمة إنسانية دولية خاصة غير ربحية عن مقاول للقيام بإنشاء شبكة مياه في مخيم الهول في شمال شرق سوريا.

وهي منظمة مكرّسة لتقديم المساعدة الطبية للناس في الأزمات، دون تمييز، وبغض النظر عن العرق أو الدين أو العقيدة أو الانتماء السياسي.

 

The Scope of Works                                                نطاق العمل

Provision and installation of all pipes and fittings related to the construction of a network in the Annex of Al Hol Camp.

توريد وتركيب جميع الأنابيب والتجهيزات الخاصة بإنشاء شبكة في ملحق من مخيم الهول.

DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE BY THE CONTRACTOR

 

The bidder shall submit the follow document for being considered as valid:

1. Company registration documents.
2. Company CV/project portfolio describing any previous projects of a similar nature.
3. A power of attorney for the responsible person from the Bidder’s company with authority as signatory to the Contract.
4. CV of the proposed technical manager (or managers in the case of JV).
5. A completed price schedule in USD ($) for the Bill of quantities.
6. A proposed schedule or timetable for the required works.
7. A signed letter declaring that the contractor has read and understand the Specification given by the NGO and that, consequently, the prices given are in accordance with these specifications.
8. The bidder shall also submit a compromise of salary for all the field staff implicated in the construction (base worker, specialize worker, transporter, etc…).

 

المستندات المقدمة من المقاول:

يجب على المقدِّم للعرض تقديم المستندات التالية لإيفاء الشروط المطلوبة:

1-  وثائق تسجيل الشركة.

2-  السيرة الذاتية للشركة / ومستنداتها الخاصة بمشاريع سابقة ذات طبيعة مماثلة.

3-  توكيل رسمي للشخص المسؤول من شركة مقدم العرض مع تخويل التوقيع على العقد.

4- السيرة الذاتية للمدير الفني المقترح (أو المديرين في حالة المشروع المشترك).

5- جدول أسعار مكتمل بالدولار الأمريكي لفاتورة الكميات.

6-  جدول زمني مقترح للأعمال المطلوبة.

7- كتاب موقّع يصرح فيه المقاول بأنه قد قرأ وفهم المواصفات التي قدمتها المنظمة، وبالتالي، فإن الأسعار المقدمة تتوافق مع هذه المواصفات.

8-  يجب على مقدّم العرض تقديم لائحة الراتب أيضاً لجميع الموظفين الميدانيين المنخرطين في البناء (عامل أساسي، عامل متخصص، ناقل، إلخ …).
