Job Title: Agricultural Technician

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
- 2 years of experience in the related field
- Highly motivated individual who works well independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills and a desire to improve.
- Computer literate with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office
- Able to identify, analyze and solve problems and able to accept responsibility and work without supervision.
- Good English and Excellent Arabic languages
Job Description:
- Supervising and auditing the agricultural operations being carried out on the site and ensuring compliance with the conditions and specifications.
- Cooperation with the Agricultural Engineer and compliance with his/her instructions and guidance
during the implementation stages and coordination on all matters.
- Inform the Agricultural Engineer of any irregularities or defects observed during the implementation.
- Coordinate with Blumont agricultural engineers in designing and implementing homestead vegetable gardens, drip irrigation systems and small Farmer crops.
- Coordinate with Blumont agricultural engineers in preparing and implementing training in the field of farming and agriculture.
- Test products thoroughly for safety issues and defects.
- Develop relevant program materials and documents.
- Provide technical support in writing documents including reports, memos, and e-mails.
- Assist with data collection efforts.
- Monitor program quality and assist in utilizing appropriate monitoring tools.
- Coordinate with other Blumont staff through regular meetings.
- Submit regular reports to supervisor.
- Any other program related duties to ensure program success.
