– Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Community development, sociology and any other relevant experience in microfinance, livelihoods, IGA and VSLA methodology.
– Ability to refer sensitive issues with respect and empathy.

الوصف الوظيفي:
– Mobilization and awareness-raising with local leadership about the VSLA Project
– تعبئة وتوعية القيادة المحليةحول مشروع جمعيات الادخار والاقراض
– Mobilization of community groups for setting up the VSLA Group
– تعبئة فئات المجتمع لتشكيل مجموعة الاقراض والادخار
– Identification of community members to benefit from VSLA and other formal/informal financial support activities, and ensure relevant monitoring is done throughout the project.
– تحديد أعضاء المجتمع للاستفادة من مشروع جمعيات الادخار والقروض القروية وأنشطة الدعم المالي الرسمية / غير الرسمية الأخرى ، والتأكد من إجراء المراقبة ذات الصلة طوال المشروع.
– Lead the VSLA project trainings.
– قيادة تدريبات مشروع جمعيات الادخار والقروض القروبة
– Conduct regular follow-up visits to VSLAs to see if they are applying the technologies/practices and provide technical assistance where there are gaps.
إجراء زيارات متابعة منتظمة إلىمجموعات الادخار والقروض القروية لمعرفة ما إذا كانوا يطبقون التقنيات / الممارسات وتقديم المساعدة الفنية عند وجود فجوات.
– Assist VSLA officer to prepare group formation and provide a clear concept on VSLA to the Beneficiaries.
– مساعدة مسؤول VSLA لإعداد تشكيل المجموعة وتقديم مفهوم واضح عن VSLA للمستفيدين.
– Ensure all VSLA beneficiaries are properly mentored and supported throughout the project.
– ضمان توجيه ودعم جميع المستفيدين من VSLA بشكل صحيح طوال المشروع.
– Ensure that all project documentation is in place.
تأكد من أن جميع وثائق المشروع في مكانها الصحيح.
– Coordinate field reporting: prepare technical internal and external reports.
– تنسيق التقارير الميدانية: إعداد التقارير الفنية الداخلية والخارجية.
