منظمة إنسانية دولية خاصة غير ربحية مكرسة لتقديم المساعدة الطبية للسكان في الأزمات ، دون تمييز وبغض النظر عن العرق أو الدين أو العقيدة أو الانتماء السياسي , لدعم العمليات في مخيم الهول شمال شرق سوريا , تبحث المنظمة حاليا عن مقاول للقيام بالأعمال التالية :
النقل المنتظم بالباص بين مخيم الهول ومدينة الحسكة
الهدف :
هذه المناقصة مفتوحة للشركات المؤهلة المهتمة والتي يمكنها تقديم حافلة تضم أكثر من 28 مقعدًا في حالة ميكانيكية ممتازة
العقد المبدئي المعروض مدته شهر واحد مع إمكانية التمديد لمدة تصل إلى 6 أشهر.
مسؤوليات المقاول :
• توفير باص في حالة تشغيلية متكاملة مع إطارات جيدة ، بما في ذلك. إطار احتياطي واحد ورافعة للعجلات مع دعامة, وأنظمة كهربائية تعمل بكامل طاقتها وجميع المرايا والمقاعد وأحزمة الأمان تكون مناسبة لضمان سلامة وأمن جميع الركاب• ضمان كافة أعمال الصيانة اللازمة• جعل الحافلة متاحة خمسة أيام في الأسبوع خلال النهار بما يتماشى مع ساعات عمل المنظمة (7 صباحا و حتى 5 مساء)• توفير سائق يقوم أساسي للباص مع سائق احتياطي متوفر.• توفير الوقود للباص.
يجب على المزودين تقديم عروض الأسعار الخاصة بهم لتشمل : تكلفة العمل في اليوم الواحد، و كذلك للمدة الإجمالية (1 شهر \قابل للتجديد) / تفاصيل الباص / إثبات رسمي لملكية الباص / خبرة سابقة في أنشطة مماثلة / وثائق تسجيل الشركة ذات الصلة / تغير السعر المقترح.

Regular bus transport between Al Hol Camp and Hassakeh city
Scope:
This tender is open to interested eligible companies who can offer a bus of 28+ seats in excellent mechanical condiditon.
The initial contract offered is of one month with possibility for extension up to 6 months.
The contractor’s responsibilities:
- Provide a bus in full working condition with good tires, incl. one spare tire, jack and wheel brace, fully functioning electrical systems, all mirrors and proper seats and safety belts guaranteeing the safety and security of all passengers
- Ensure all maintenance needed
- Make the bus available five days per week during daytimes in line with the working hours of the organization (7h00 – 17h00)
- Provide a driver operating the bus, with a back-up driver
- Provide fuel for the bus
Bidders must submit their quotations to include: the cost of the activity by day, and for the total period (1 month, renewable) / the bus details / official proof of ownership of the vehicle/ previews experience in similar activities / Company registration documents where relevant / breackdown of the price proposed.
