Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or relevant area.
- 2 year of HR experience working in private sector or with humanitarian agencies and or INGOs.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Public presentation and speaking skills.
- Good ITC skills with online software, MS Word, survey websites, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Arabic.
Job Description:
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist HR Officer in following up national staff HR’s administrative issues such as following up on contract preparations, managing staff leave requests, personal file update, timesheets ……etc.
- Updating the NES Syria Mission national staff database weekly.
- Assist in preparing payroll for service contract holders and casual daily workers.
- In charge of the first applications screening.
- Assist in briefing new staff on personnel policies and assure further adherence with code of conduct and others document.
- Receiving and checking leave requests and follow up on getting them approved by HRD.
- Support in the overall recruitment process as required by the HR Officer.
- Participate in interviews, prepare interview form for candidates, contact with successful.
- candidates.
- Preparing SAM and UN check list regularly for staff.
- Assist in managing and monitoring skilled/unskilled labors recruitment process (interviews, preparing contracts request table, scanning, update labors tracker, SAM&UN…etc) according to labors SOP.
- Assist with Admin of Erbil office to prepare INGO ID cards.
- assist in following up the annual appraisal process.
- Completing resignation/termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
- Supporting HR officer with the management of disciplinary and grievance issues if needed
- Assist in filing systems of HR documentation and undertaking corrective measures if needed.
- Any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility.
