An international NGO invites for submission eligible bidders for tender of Purchasing of Consumable items,  only legitimate companies, wholesalers and retailers are invited to participate. No dealers or intermediaries shall apply.

 

Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the suppliers can be obtained from the Offices at Kobane, Derek, Raqqa and Manbij during working days between 8.30 a.m. 02.30 p.m. before 24^th  of May 2021 or upon request via email; procurement.nes@pinf.cz

Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

1. Sealed tender offers with requested photo as samples have to be submitted to CVT or sent by registered post to reach the CVT office before closing date and time: 25-05-2021, by 12:00 P.m. the following address according to each Lot:

For the offers of LOT 1 : CvT Office , Manbij,Syria

For the offers of LOT 2 : CvT Office , Kobane,Syria

For the offers of LOT 3 : CvT Office , Raqqa,Syria

For the offers of LOT 4 : CvT Office , Derek,Syria

Envelope opening session will be held on 25^th of May 2021 at 13:00 pm at CvT Menbij offices

Tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening in Menbij office.
