متطلبات العمل:
المؤهلات / المهارات الفنية:
- درجة تخرج جامعي على الأقل في اللغة الإنجليزية أو علم أصول التدريس أو الاقتصاد أو الأمن الغذائي أو المجالات ذات الصلة ؛
- إجادة برامج Microsoft Office ، خاصة MS Word و MS Excel و MS Outlook
- جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية وتجربة العمل في منظمة إنسانية دولية مرغوب فيه
- يجيد اللغة الكردية والعربية
مهارات التواصل والتنسيق بين الأشخاص:
- النشاط والقدرة على العمل في بيئة العمل الإنساني الصعبة والمتطورة باستمرار ، وغالباً تحت الضغط.
- قدرة على إنشاء وإدارة علاقات عمل فعالة مع الزملاء والمديرين والشركاء الخارجيين

الوصف الوظيفي:
- دعم موظف البرنامج والمساعدين في تنفيذ أنشطة البرنامج اليومية؛ التوزيعات والتقييمات والرصد وجمع البيانات، واتباع التدريبات المعطاة من قبل موظف البرنامج
- استخدام برامج جمع البيانات. ( كوبو)
- -التنسيق عن قرب مع موظف البرنامج والمساعدين في منظمة الناس عند الضيق لتحديد خطة العمل الأسبوعية.
- – تقديم ردود الفعل إلی موظف البرنامج والمساعدين بعد مهمة التوزيع وجمع البيانات..
- – المساعدة في إعداد التقارير الأسبوعية.
- – التنسيق بانتظام مع موظف البرنامج والمساعدين بخصوص التقدم المحرز في الأنشطة.
- – اتباع اجراءات بين، والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل إلى موظف البرنامج .
- – أداء المهام الأخرى المكلفة. والواجبات والمسؤوليات المدرجة تمثل طبيعة و مستوى العمل المعين وليست بالضرورة شاملة .
- أي مهام أخرى تتعلق بأنشطة CVT بناءً على طلب مسؤولي أو مساعدي الامن العذائي والطوارئ.

Job Requirements:
- Desired Bachelor’s Degree at least in, English, Pedagogy, Economics, Food Security, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Good in English and experience of working for an international humanitarian organisation are desirable
- Fluent Kurdish and Arabic

- An effective capacity ability to establish and manage effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and external partners

Job Description:
- Support FS& Emergency Program Officers and Assistants in daily program activities implementations; distributions, assessments, monitoring, data collection, and following training given by FS & Emergency Officers
- Use data collection software (Kobo collect)
- Coordinate closely with CVT FS& Emergency Program Officer and Assistants to determine the weekly work plan
- Provide feedback to the Program Officer and Assistants following distributions, data collection assignment
- Assist with the preparation of weekly reports
- Regularly coordinate and inform SNFI Program Officers or Assistants on the progress of the activities
- Follow CVT’s practices and procedures, and report any problems to the FS & Emergency Program Officer or Assistants
- Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive
