متطلبات العمل:
University degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Community Development, Food and Agriculture or related field.
At least two years of experience with NGOs in Monitoring and Evaluation field.
Good experience in data cleaning and analyzing processes.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Good organizational and communication & reporting skills.
Ability to travel to all the program areas in Al Hasakah, and any other areas in north and north-east of Syria.
الوصف الوظيفي:
Closely coordinate/follow up the distribution and redemption process of supplementary food vouchers in all locations of responsibility within Al Hasakah governorate.
Conduct field visits to the activities locations and prepare site visit reports accordingly.
Ensure smooth/organized implementation of all activities per the plans and procedures.
Collect all required documents and keep trackers of all supplementary food vouchers.
Carry out post distributing monitoring surveys for food vouchers, HVGs and small farmers in his/her area of responsibility.
Prepare and follow-up daily workplan for field staff.
Check and verify data collected by field staff and generate daily distribution reports.
Prepare and share QA/QC report for all items before delivering to beneficiaries
Keep regular beneficiary feedback tracker on weekly and monthly basis.
Assist in all data cleaning and analyzing before processing.
Assist M&E Coordinator in updating the PMP table on quarterly basis.
Collect all information and details to write success stories, best practices and lessons learned in addition to get the required consents and photos for SS.
Any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
