A non-governmental organization, is implementing the project “Multi-year humanitarian response and stabilization assistance to help build the resilience of conflict affected communities in oppositions held areas of Syria” is inviting suppliers to submit offers for providing generator in Areesha to ACTED’s Office, Amuda, Northen East-Syria

 

منظمة غير ربحية، تقوم بتنفيذ مشروع” الاغاثة الانسانية و المساعدة على الاصلاح المبكر للمجتمعات المتضررة من الصراعات في سوريا”  تدعوا المتعاقدين لتقديم عروضهم لتزويدنا مولدة كهربائية ل عريشة لمكتب اكتد -عامودا ، شمال شرق سوريا

Works specifications:

Electrical Generator and Spare parts set مجموعة المولدات الكهربائية وقطع الغيار

 

  1. Delivery conditions: All items should be available for delivery within 2 weeks of signing a contract

شروط التسليم : جميع المواد يجب ان يتم تسليمها خلال اسبوعين من توقيع العقد

 

  1. Transportation: All offers should include the costs of transport.  ACTED reserves the rights to use their own transportation system.

النقل: يجب أن تشمل جميع العروض تكاليف النقل. تحتفظ ACTED بالحق في استخدام نظام النقل الخاص بها.

 

  1. Validity of the offer: Recommended 3 months

يفضل ان تكون فعالية عرض السعر 3 اشهر.

Submission Deadline:

Tender documentation can be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from ACTED office- Al Qadesya Street, near Salah Aldeen Mosque or can be requested by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com.

يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين من مكتب أكتــــــد في عامودا- شارع القادسية بجانب مسجد صلاح الدين  أو يمكن طلبها عبر الإيميل التالي  Syria.operations@gmail.com

The closing date of this tender is fixed on 30/03/2021 at 16:00 local time.  All Offers must be submitted by email at: syria.operations@gmail.com

Late offers will be automatically rejected.

 آخر موعد لتسليم هذا العطاء الساعة الرابعة من عصر ال 30/03/2021  بالتوقيت المحلي. تسلم العروض قبل أو بحلول الموعد النهائي للتسليم عبر إرساله للإيميل التالي : syria.operations@gmail.com

العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.

ACTED reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.

يجوز لمقدمي العطاءات التقدم بطلب للحصول على عقد أو أكثر وتحتفظ ACTED بالحق في التعاقد مع شركة أو أكثر

ACTED will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.

ستنظر ACTED في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
