INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL CONSUMABLES AND LAB ITEMS IN NES, AL HASSAKEH
Dear Prospective Offerors:
Samaritans’ Purse, a Humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), is providing medical assistance to Tel Hajar Clinic in cooperation with KRC in Al Hassakeh, for the help of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in North-East Syria. SP wishes to solicit quotations from Medical suppliers/companies/ medical warehouses specialized in the supply of medical consumables and lab items, that cover the requirements of nine (9) months order.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please request the solicitation documents (RFQ), electronically from the email address NESProcurement@samaritan.org
- When requesting the RFQ documents, please state the title of the RFQ in the email subject line “PR21-03-001 NES Medical Consumables”
- When requesting the RFQ documents, state the Company/ Supplier title in the email message.
- Questions about this RFQ shall be sent no later than Wednesday 11:00 am (Syrian Local Time) on 10 Mar 2021 to the following email address: NESProcurement@samaritan.org
- The deadline for offer submission is Sunday 04:00 PM (Syrian Local Time) on 14 Mar 2021
