A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project and invites contractors to submit offers for 4 LOTS of WASH Basic services in Washokani camp (36.579319°, 40.625886°). It consists of providing services of Garbage collection, cleaning water trucking, Desludging and Drinking Water trucking.
منظمه غير حكوميه أكتد تقوم بتنفيذ مشاريع اغاثية انسانية وتدعو جميع المقاولين بتقديم عروضهم ل 3 وحدات لإعادة التأهيل الأساسي لشبكة الصرف الصحي في مخيم واشوكاني. تتكون من تركيب شبكات الصرف الصحي واستخدام معدات المسح في شمال شرق سوريا.

| · Lot 1: Garbage Collection : among these services is Garbage collection service which guarantees a safe transportation and disposal of solid waste that will be collected from the garbage bins and disposed at the approved landfill/dumpsite. | • المجموعة الأولى: جمع القمامة: من بين هذه الخدمات ، خدمة جمع القمامة التي تضمن النقل الآمن والتخلص من النفايات الصلبة التي سيتم جمعها من صناديق القمامة والتخلص منها في موقع المكب / القمامة المعتمدين ، لذلك تدعو المنظمة مقدم الخدمة لتقديم عروضهم لهذه الخدمة |
| · Lot 2: Cleaning Water Trucking : among these services to Provide Water’s Trucks with driver for water transportation for latrine cleaning. | · المجموعة الثانية : نقل مياه بالصهاريج: من بين هذه الخدمات تزويد صهاريج المياه بسائق لنقل المياه لتنظيف المراحيض |
| · Lot 3 : Desludging : among these services is desludging service which guarantees a safe transportation and disposal of liquid waste “Sludge and black water” produces in the camp | • المجموعة الثالثة : إزالة الحمأة: من بين هذه الخدمات خدمة إزالة الحمأة التي تضمن النقل الآمن والتخلص من النفايات السائلة “الحمأة والمياه السوداء” التي تنتج في المخيم ، لذلك تدعو المنظمة مقدم الخدمة لتقديم عروضهم لهذه الخدمة

| · Lot 4 : Drinking Water Trucking : among these services is water trucking service which insures that sufficient safe water quantities are provided to the covered camps | • المجموعة الرابعة : نقل مياه الشرب بالشاحنات: من بين هذه الخدمات خدمة نقل المياه بالشاحنات التي تضمن توفير كميات كافية من المياه الصالحة للشرب للمخيمات المغطاة ، لذلك تدعو مقدم الخدمة لتقديم عروضهم لهذه الخدمة

| Contract will lead to a Framework agreement from March 1st 2021 to February 28th 2022 | صلاحية الاتفاقية: فترة جميع الخدمات: 01-03-2021 الى 28-02-2021 |
General conditions:
- The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the organization office in Al-Qasadiyah neighbourhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate, or can be requested by e-mail at operations@gmail.com
- Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 21/02/2021 in One File by email to operations@gmail.com and the Email subject should be RFQ/16MULTI/MULTI/MULTI/AMM/PRO/31-01-2021/3
- Late offers will be automatically
- Bidders may apply for one or more Lots and the organization reserves the right to contract with one or more companies
- The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
- The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
- A pre-tender information session will be organized 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 2nd of February 2021 in the organization representative office in Al-Qasadiyah neighbourhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization’s office on 3rd of February 2021.
- The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.
- A tender opening session will take place in Amman. For bidders interested in participating to the tender opening session, please send an email to syria.operations@gmail.com

يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 31/01/2021 في ملفين منفصلين (أحدهم للعرض الفني والثاني للعرض المالي) عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل RFQ/16MULTI/MULTI/MULTI/AMM/PRO/31-01-2021/3
- العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا
- يجوز لمقدمي العطاءات التقدم بطلب للحصول على عقد أو اكثر وتحتفظ المنظمة بحق التعاقد مع شركة او اكثر
تحتفظ organization ي العرض المالي بحق إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة
- ستنظر المنظمة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم
- جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في 02/02/2021 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب عامودا، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة /من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب أكتـــد في عامودا في يوم 03/02/2021
- أكتـــــد غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف اوتكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار ل المنظمة
