A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing the project “O&M Materials for the Incinerator In Mahmoudli and Washokani Camps” and is inviting contractors to submit offers to supply and install the Equipment for Mahmoudli and Washokani Camps in Northeast Syria.
منظمة غير-ربحية غير-حكومية ، تقوم بتنفيذ مشروع “ مواد التشغيل والصيانة للمحرقة في مخيمي المحمودلي وواشوكاني ” وهي تدعوا متعاقدين لتقديم عروضهم للمواد اللازمة لتشغيل وصيانة مخيم محمودلي وواشوكاني شمال شرق سوريا.

The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following addresses:

- Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 28/01/2021 in One File by email to operations@gmail.com
- Late offers will be automatically
- The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
- The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
- A pre-tender information session will be organized on 25/01/2021 at 14:00 local time in the organization representative office- in Raqqa -City,Al Mshleb Near to Khaled supermarket. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not In addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 25/01/2021.
- The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

- العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من28/01/2021 في ملف واحد عن طريق الإيميل فقط operations@gmail.com
- العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
- تحتفظ الموسسه بالحق في إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
- ستنظر الموسسة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
- سيتم تنظيم جلسة لتقديم المعلومات قبل المناقصة بتاريخ 25/01/2021 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة – في الرقة – مدينة المشلب بالقرب من سوبر ماركت خالد. المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية بالإضافة لأنه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب الرقة في يوم 25/01/2021
- الموسسة غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للمؤسسة.
