Concern Worldwide, intends to award a work contract for the Rehabilitation of WASH Facilities in Eleven Collective Centers in Tabqa, with financial assistance from donor as follows:

- The RFQ will be conducted using Concern Worldwide standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English/Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:
سيتم إجراء طلب عروض الأسعار باستخدام المستندات القياسية المفتوحة لجميع مقدمي الخدمات المؤهلين. يمكن جمع مستندات العطاء (باللغة الإنجليزية / العربية) مجانًا من قبل جميع مقدمي العروض المهتمين على العنوان التالي:

The selected supplier will be expected to provide safety equipment for his workers, as helmets, gloves, harnesses, welding glasses and other equipment as needed. The selected supplier will also take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the work space (i.e. by cordoning holes. من المتوقع أن يوفر المورد المختار معدات السلامة لعماله ، مثل الخوذات والقفازات والأدوات اليدوية ونظارات اللحام وغيرها من المعدات حسب الحاجة. سوف يتخذ المورد المختار أيضًا التدابير اللازمة لضمان سلامة مساحة العمل.
- All bids must be submitted before 17th January 2021 at 14:00 (Syria time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ reference on it or by E-mail at syria.procurement@concern.net
يجب تقديم جميع العروض قبل 17/01/2021الساعة 14:00 (بتوقيت سوريا) على العنوان المذكور أعلاه في مظروف مختوم يشير إلى مرجع رقم الإعلان عليه أو عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على syria.procurement@concern.net
Late Bids will be automatically rejected. سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا
- The previous contract/experience with other NGO or any other partners.عقود والخبرات السابقة مع المنظمات او الشركاء
- Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.
تحتفظ كونسيرن بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض قبل منح العقد واحالة العطاء، وإلغاء اعلانات العطاءات ورفض جميع العروض في أي وقت.
- Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.
لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها المتنافسون فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عطاءاتهم إلى كونسيرن
