الوصف الوظيفي:
العمل مع مساعد التعليم وفريق التعليم الأوسع لتطوير منهج لجلسات محو الأمية الأساسية والحساب (LN) وفقًا لمستوى الأطفال واحتياجات المجموعات المختلفة.
- القدرة على العمل مع الطلاب الذين يعانون من صعوبات التعلم في المدارس الرسمية ولهم علاقات جيدة مع المجتمع المضيف.
- إعداد الخطط الأسبوعية والجلسات اليومية لتسهيل في مركز التعليم غير النظامي ، بما يتماشى مع البرنامج والأهداف المتفق عليها.
- عقد جلسات باستخدام أساليب التعليم غير النظامي كأداة لتوفير مهارات القراءة والكتابة والحساب الأساسية وإعداد المواد و / أو الوسائل البصرية المناسبة للجلسات واحتياجات المجموعة المستهدفة.
- ضمان استخدام مهارات التيسير الجيدة التي تجعل الأطفال يشعرون بالراحة وتعزز مشاركتهم وتنميتهم الشخصية حسب قدراتهم واحتياجاتهم.
- التأكد من أن الأطفال يشعرون بالراحة والأمان في جميع الأوقات وأنهم لا يتعرضون لأي شكل من أشكال الأذى أو الإجهاد أثناء الأنشطة والتأكد من أن مشاركة الأطفال في أنشطة SEL غير تمييزية وأن الأنشطة المضطلع بها مناسبة للعمر والجنس.
- التفاعل بشكل إيجابي مع الأطفال وتشجيعهم على التعبير عن احتياجاتهم ومتابعة رفاهيتهم وحضورهم.
- مراجعة الجلسات وفقًا لكل ملاحظات / تقييم وتكييف الأساليب والتمارين باستمرار.
- التأكد من أن مقدمي الرعاية يتلقون ملاحظات ونصائح منتظمة بشأن التطور الشخصي لأطفالهم.
- تقرير عن عدد الطلاب والإنجازات والمستلزمات اللازمة. دعم فريق الرصد والتقييم لجمع البيانات.
- تأكد من أن جميع الأطفال ومقدمي الرعاية على دراية بآلية المساءلة / استجابة المجتمع في Concern.
- عرض حالات الإحالة المحتملة للأطفال على “مساعد التعليم” أو موظفي التوعية الآخرين المعنيين بالتعليم أو الحماية.

Job Requirements:
- University degree in Education faculty or relevant domain.
- Experience in working with children, in social work and outreach activities, including literacy and numeracy learning.
- Knowledge of basic principles of facilitation and positive discipline.
- Excellent nonviolent communication and organization skills.
- Motivation and energy, pro-active, and willing to share and discuss ideas.
- Good team member.

Job Description:
- Work with the Education Assistant and wider Education team to develop a curriculum for Basic Literacy and Numeracy (LN) sessions according to the level of children and the needs of different groups.
- Ability to work with students with learning difficulties in formal schools and has good relationships with the host community.
- Prepare weekly plans and daily sessions to facilitate at the NFE Centre, aligned with the agreed program and objectives.
- Deliver sessions using non-formal education methods as a tool to provide basic literacy and numeracy skills and prepare materials and/or visual aids suitable for the sessions and the needs of the targeted group.
- Ensure the use of good facilitation skills that make the children feel comfortable and enhance their participation and personal development according to their abilities and needs.
- Ensure that children feel comfortable and safe at all times and that they are not exposed to any form of harm or stress during the activities and ensure participation of children in the SEL activities is non-discriminatory and activities undertaken are age and gender appropriate.
- Positively interact with children, encourage them to express their needs, and follow up on their wellbeing and attendance.
- Revise sessions according to each feedback/evaluation and constantly adapt approaches and exercises.
- Ensure that caregiver/s receive regular feedback and advice on their children’s personal development.
- Report on the number of students, achievements, and the supplies needed. Support the M&E team for data collection.
- Ensure that all children and caregivers are aware of Concern’s accountability/ community response mechanism.
- Bring potential referral cases for children to the attention of the Education Assistant or other Concern Education or Protection outreach staff.
