A non-governmental organization is implementing a project to address food insecurity for vulnerable conflict affecting population in Syria and invites the contractors to submit offers for procurement of Kitchen-Garden in Raqqa and Amuda in Northeast of Syria

 

نحن منظمة غير ربحية، تدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض اسعارهم لعملية الشراء الخاصة لتوريد طرود حدائق منزلية وزراعات منزلية في الرقة و عامودا في شمال شرق سوريا

Supplies  will include, but will not be limited to: الاصلاحات سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
  • Seeds
  • Fertilizers
 ·         بذور

·         الاسمده
  • Tools
  • Irrigation system

 
  • ادوات
  • نظام الري
Contract Completion: delivery has to be before 15/02/2021 صلاحية الاتفاقية: ستكون لغاية 15/02/2021
  1. The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: office in Al-Qasadiyah neighbourhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate and Office in Meshleb neighbourhood, 100 meters east of Al Howaidy building in Raqqa Governorate, or can be requested by e-mail at operations@gmail.com

يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين من مكتبنا  في عامودا- شارع القادسية بجانب مسجد صلاح الدين  أو يمكن طلبها عبر الإيميل التالي  syria.operations@gmail.com.

  1. Late offers will be automatically rejected

العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.

  1. Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on 31st of December 2020 by email to operations@gmail.com , and the mail subject should be RFQ/16EDH/71FKGE/FSL/RQS/13-12-2020/1       

يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 31/12/2020 عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com   ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل     RFQ/16EDH/71FKGE/FSL/RQS/13-12-2020/1

  1. A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 20th of December 2020 in our representative office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization’s office on 20th of December 2020.

جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في  20/12/2020  الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب  عامودا، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة /من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب في عامودا  في يوم 20/12/2020 

 

  1. The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

نحن غير مسوولين عن اي مصاريف اوتكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار إليها.
