1. ADVERTISEMENT – INVITATION

 

RFQ #1996-2020 (Rehabilitation of water treatment plant ) – LOCATIONS ( Sour )

Date of distribution: December 04, 2020.

Deadline for declaring interest to bid: December 06, 2020 at 12:00

Deadline for queries after receiving RFQ documentation: December 10, 2020 at 12:00

Deadline for offer submission: December 20, 2020 at 14:00

A humanitarian organization invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of water treatment plant in Sour in compliance with specific criteria for quality, origin, delivery set forth in RFQ documentation that will be sent to bidders separately as described below.

The organization is soliciting sealed bids to award vendor for the rehabilitation of water treatment plant in Sour. By responding to this invitation, the bidder declares interest to participate in tender process and submit their offer for the Service/goods. The initial part of the tendering process will go through emails as described under 2. – EMAIL TENDERING PROCESS. Vendors should bid for all lots and not separate lots.

Vendor will ensure that the quantities/works required by the organization are available and could be provided by the vendor, and to be delivered according to Purchase Orders agreed between the organization and Vendor.

2. EMAIL TENDERING PROCESS: Rehabilitation of water treatment plant in Sour

 

  1. Bidders shall declare their interest to submit a bid by sending email to nes.tenders.2020@gmail.com no later than December 06, 2020 at 12:00. Please use RFQ #1996-2020 (Rehabilitation of water treatment plant in Sour) as a reference in the email subject. Please state the name of Your Company in the body of the email and explicitly clarify your intent to participate in this tender.
  2. All the Bidders who have declared the interest to participate will receive the RFQ documentation with further instructions for bid submission on December 06, 2020 before 16:00.
  3. Any queries about the tender process and documentation, from Bidders who declared interest and received RFQ documentation can be sent to nes.tenders.2020@gmail.com until December 10, 2020 at 12:00
  4. The deadline for submission of the offers will be December 20, 2020 at 14:00. The offers shall be submitted to designated email address with full RFQ documentation. This email address will be different from the one for queries and interest declaration. Three best-scored Bidders after financial, delivery and reputation scoring will be contacted to arrange the sample check and technical evaluation.
