Job Requirements:
Successful candidates should meet the education and experience requirements in the position
descriptions for the vacant positions preferred; Bachelor’s degree in social studies, Logistics,
Military studies, Armed Forces Administration, Organization or Management. and should have
a strong and demonstrated knowledge of safety and Security.
- Experience with L/INGO in Safety & Security Department.
- Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant security clearance procedures and protocols.
- Knowledge of routine fiscal management procedures and documentation as pertaining to public institutions.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Skill in utilizing building security and lock systems and procedures.
- Skill in the use of computerized spreadsheet, relational database, and word processing
- software.
Languages: English Arabic Kurdish
Job Description:
Aware about natural of NES and its Geographic.
- Good knowledge about forces structure and actors found on ground in NES.
- Ensure adherence with policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.
- Aware about Main actors in Hasakah city and Al-hole Camp in particular
- Implement delegated support function portfolio according to plan of action.
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
- Ensure proper filing of documents.
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function.
- Ensure proper implementation of security measures.
- Uphold integrity and confidentiality.
- Conduct situational monitoring and analysis.
- Conduct security actor networking
