| 1 | ستتضمن الأعمال لأنشطة التالية:
حفر خنادق بعرض 0.8م وعمق اقصى حوالي 3.65م. وتمديد قساطل صرف صحي بولي ايتلين قطر 40سم ,50 سم ووصلها الى بعضها البعض وإنشاء ريكارات بيتونية من خلال صب جدران وارضيات وأسقف وفقا للمخططات المعتمد وتثبيت أغطية ريكارات فونت وإعادة ردم المواقع المحفورة باستخدام زرادة ثم طبقة رمل ثم بقايا مقالع حتى الوصول الى منسوب الطريق.

Works will include : Excavating of trenches width 0.8m and Max depth about 3.65m.
Extending of PE sewage pipes D: 40cm,50 cm and connecting them together. Construction of manholes by casting walls, floors and roofs accordance to the drawing design ,Installing manhole covers. Backfilling the excavated trench by using of crush stone, sand and gravel until reaching to the road surface. |

- The RFQ will be conducted using Concern Worldwide standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English/Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

- All bids must be submitted before 22nd of Nov 2020 at 13:00 (Syria time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ reference on it or by E-mail at iraq.procurement@concern.net
يجب تقديم جميع العروض قبل 22/11/2020الساعة 13:00 (بتوقيت سوريا) على العنوان المذكور أعلاه في مظروف مختوم يشير إلى مرجع رقم الإعلان عليه أو عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على iraq.procurement@concern.net
- Late Bids will be automatically rejected. سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا –
- The previous contract/experience with other NGO or any other partners. –يجب ارفاق عقود والخبرات السابقة مع المنظمات او الشركاء
- The selected supplier will be expected to provide safety equipment for his workers, as helmets, gloves, harnesses, welding glasses and other equipment as needed.
–على المورد المختار توفير معدات السلامة لعماله، مثل الخوذ، والقفازات، والأدوات، ونظارات اللحام وغيرها من المعدات حسب الحاجة.
- The selected supplier will also take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the workspace (i.e. by cordoning holes).
– سيتخذ المورد المختار أيضًا التدابير اللازمة لضمان سلامة مساحة العمل (أي من خلال تطويق الثقوب)
- Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.
تحتفظ كونسيرن بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض قبل منح العقد واحالة العطاء، وإلغاء اعلانات العطاءات ورفض جميع العروض في أي وقت.
- Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.
