Job Title: Pharmacist

Job Requirements:
o Academic certificate in Pharmacy.
o 2-3 years of experience in pharmacy management or a similar field.
o Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
o Good computer skills, Microsoft office (Excel – word).
o Good communication and negotiation skills.
o Good knowledge of the local market, especially the medical suppliers.
Job Description:
o Ensure compliance of pharmaceutical practices according to national regulations.
o Ensure the quality of all medical supplies (medicines, medical devices, and laboratory equipment).
o Ensure management of medicines and medical equipment: order, storage and distribution.
o Analyze the consumption data, in accordance with medical protocol.
o Ensure good practice of drug delivery.
o Supervise staff in charge of the daily management of products.
o Support the development of strategies.
o Actively participate of annual planning of medicine supply and budget.
o Participate in monthly reports in accordance with directives.
o Responsible for quality of pharmacy stock including temperature, hygiene, pesticides, etc.
o Provide medical team with medicines at a suitable time.
o Responsible for receiving medicine shipments.
o Responsible for collecting RFQ of the medicines from the local suppliers.
o Responsible for getting rid of the expired medicines.
o Organize the pharmacy and it’s medicines in an efficient and organized manner.

o Working place: Al Hassakeh, Al Hol camp, with some travles to certain areas in NES (Derek, Amouda, Raqa, etc.).
