A non-profit, non-governmental organization is inviting suppliers to submit their offers to contract a company for one year for goods transportation services in North East Syria through a Framework Agreement (FWA).
منظمة دولية، غير حكومية، غير ربحية، تعلن عن عرض للتعاقد مع شركة لمدة عام واحد لخدمات نقل البضائع من خلال اتفاقية إطارية في شمال شرق سوريا ( FWA ).

The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following addresses: the organization representative office: Raqqa Office (Raqqa -City, Al Mshleb Near to Khaled supermarket) or Amuda Office (Salah Al-Deen Mosque Neighborhood) or can be requested by e-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com
يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل المهتمين من العناوين التالية:مكتب المنظمة في الرقة (مدينة الرقة مشلب بالقرب من سوبرماركت خالد)أو مكتب عامود, حي القادسية – شمال جامع صلاح الدين –. و يمكن طلبها عبر الايميل التالي: syria.operations@gmail.com
A pre-tender information session will be organized at 11:00 (local time in Syria) on 18/11/2020 in the organization representative office in: Raqqa Office (Raqqa -City,Al Mshleb Near to Khaled supermarket) and Amuda Office (Salah Al-Deen Mosque Neighborhood). Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 29/11/2020.
سيتم تنظيم جلسة معلومات قبل العطاء الساعة 11:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) يوم 18 نوفمبر 2020 في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة في مكتب في الرقة (مدينة الرقة مشلب بالقرب من سوبرماركت خالد) و مكتب عامودا ( حي مسجد صلاح الدين). المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب في الرقة وعامودا في يوم 29th of November 2020
