A non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project and invites contractors to submit offers for installation of solar system in Washokani in North East Syria.

نحن منظمة غير ربحية تقوم بتنفيذ مشاريع اغاثية انسانية وتدعو جميع المقاولين بتقديم عروضهم  لتركيب النظام الشمسي في وشوكاني في شمال شرق سوريا

 

 

service  will include, but will not be limited to:

 الخدمة سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
  • Provide and install 22 integrated solar light devices in the CM area / distribution yard of Washokani camp
  • توفير وتركيب 22 أجهزة إضاءة شمسية متكاملة في منطقة ادارة المخيم و ساحة التوزيع بمخيم واشوكاني
   

 

Period of all services: 7 days after signing the contract

مدة جميع الخدمات7:  ايام من تاريخ توقيع العقد

 

  1. Tender documentation can be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from our office- Al Qadesya Street, near Salah Aldeen Mosque or can be requested by E-mail at operations@gmail.com.

يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين من مكتبنا  في عامودا- شارع القادسية بجانب مسجد صلاح الدين  أو يمكن طلبها عبر الإيميل التالي

  1. Late offers will be automatically rejected

العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.

 

  1. Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on 1th November 2020 by email to operations@gmail.com  and the mail subject should be RFQ/16EBB/D39SS6/WOK/CCCM/19-10-2020/1

 

يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 01/11/2020 عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com   ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل      RFQ/16EBB/D39SS6/WOK/CCCM/19-10-2020/1

 

 

  1. A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 25th October 2020 in organization representative office in : office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 26th October 2020.

 

جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في 25/10/2020 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب  عامودا، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة /من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب في عامودا  في يوم 26/10/2020
