A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing the project “Construction of Tal Samn Camp Water System” and is inviting contractors to submit offers for works in Raqqa, Northeast Syria.
Aim of the project: The organizatin will improve access to water in Tel Al Samn camp through the installation of a piped transmission line that will connect the camp to a nearby canal. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a pumping facility, transmission line, chlorine system, and expanding the network within the camp

تقوم منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية بتنفيذ مشروع ” بناء نظام شبكة مياه تل السمن ” وهي تدعوا المتعاقدين لتقديم عروضهم للمواد والخدمات اللازمة في مدينة الرقة شمال شرق سوريا .
الهدف من المشروع: ستعمل المنظمة على تحسين الوصول إلى المياه في مخيم تل السمن من خلال تركيب خط أنابيب لنقل المياه يربط المخيم بقناة قريبة. يشمل العمل ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، إنشاء محطة ضخ وخط نقل ونظام التعقيم بالكلور وتوسيع الشبكة داخل المخيم.

- Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 08/10/2020 in One File by email to operations@gmail.com
- Late offers will be automatically
- The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
- The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
- A pre-tender information session will be organized on 04/10/2020 at 14:00 local time in the organization representative office- in Raqqa -City,Al Mshleb Near to Khaled supermarket. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not In addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 04/10/2020.
- The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

- العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من/10/08 2020 في ملف واحد عن طريق الإيميل فقط operations@gmail.com
- العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
- تحتفظ الموسسه بالحق في إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
- ستنظر الموسسة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
- سيتم تنظيم جلسة لتقديم المعلومات قبل المناقصة بتاريخ 4/10/2020 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة – في الرقة – مدينة المشلب بالقرب من سوبر ماركت خالد. المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية بالإضافة لأنه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب الرقة في يوم 4/10/2020
- الموسسة غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للمؤسسة.
