IMPORTANT NOTICE for PROCUREMENT

A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project and invites contractors to submit offers for 3 LOTS of Basic rehabilitation of sewage network in Washokani camp. It consists of installing sewer networks and using surveying equipment in North East Syria.

منظمه غير حكوميه أكتد تقوم بتنفيذ مشاريع اغاثية انسانية وتدعو جميع المقاولين بتقديم عروضهم ل 3 وحدات لإعادة التأهيل الأساسي لشبكة الصرف الصحي في مخيم واشوكاني. تتكون من تركيب شبكات الصرف الصحي واستخدام معدات المسح في شمال شرق سوريا.

 

 

Maintenance  will include, but will not be limited to: الاصلاحات سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
·      installing sewer networks ·      تركيب شبكات الصرف الصحي
·      Site surveying and leveling ·      مسح الموقع و التسوية
·      Removal of old sewage network ·      ازالة شبكة الصرف الصحي القديمة
·      Executing trench evacuation ·      تنفيذ عملية اخلاء الخنادق
·      Installation of manholes for the sewage network ·      تركيب غرف التفتيش لشبكة الصرف الصحي
·      Installation of inspection manholes for latrine units ·      تركيب غرف التفتيش لوحدات المراحيض
Contract Completion: will be before 15/11/2020 صلاحية الاتفاقية: ستكون لغاية 15/11/2020

General Conditions:

  1. The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: organization office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate, or can be requested by e-mail at operations@gmail.com

 

  1. Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on 27th September 2020 by email to operations@gmail.com  , and the mail subject should be RFQ/16DUZ/54FWWN/WOK/WASH/17-09-2020/1

 

  1. Late offers will be automatically rejected.

 

  1. Bidders may apply for one or more Lots and the organization reserves the right to contract with one or more companies

 

  1. The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.

  1. A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 20th September 2020 in organization representative office in: ACTED office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 20th September

  1. Organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the

الشروط العامة:

 

  1. يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين في العنوان التالي:

يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 27/09/2020 في ملفين منفصلين (أحدهم للعرض الفني والثاني للعرض المالي) عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com   ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل       RFQ/16DUZ/54FWWN/WOK/WASH/17-09-2020/1 

  1. العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا

  1. يجوز لمقدمي العطاءات التقدم بطلب للحصول على عقد أو اكثر وتحتفظ المنظمة بحق التعاقد مع شركة او اكثر

تحتفظ ACTED ي العرض المالي بحق إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة

 

  1. ستنظر المنظمة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم

 

  1. جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في 20/09/2020 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب عامودا، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة /من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب أكتـــد في عامودا  في يوم 20/09/2020

  1. أكتـــــد غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف اوتكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار ل المنظمة
