الوصف الوظيفي:
الغرض من الوظيفة: تشغيل وسائل الاتصال ، وفقًا لبروتوكولات وقواعد أمن المنظمة ، من أجل ضمان سلامة موظفي المنظمة وسلعها وفقًا للاحتياجات التشغيلية للبعثة / المشاريع
المسؤوليات:
- تشغيل وسائل الاتصال باتباع قواعد أمن المنظمة. تثبيت وبرمجة جميع وسائل الاتصال عند الضرورة.
- التأكد من نسخ ووصول الرسائل بشكل جيد لجميع الأشخاص المعنيين وتسجيل الرسائل على دفتر السجل اللوجستي.
الرد على جهات الاتصال من الآخرين وإعادة توجيهها
- التواصل مع قواعد مرجعية في العاصمة/ الميدان وفقاً لقواعد التواصل /لوائح التواصل وأعادة توجيه المعلومات المتعلقة بأمن وسلامة الفريق الى منسق المشروع / القسم .
- مراقبة وتسجيل أي حركة للأشخاص والمركبات والبضائع، (المغادرة، الوصول، عدد الركاب، الطريق المتبعة، نقاط التواصل القياسية) وإبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي تأخير.
- الإشراف على وسائل الاتصال ومراقبتها وتسجيل إعارة وسائل الاتصال لجميع الموظفين ومتابعتها بشكل منتظم.
- تركيب وتشغيل وإجراء فحوصات الصيانة الوقائية على المعدات المخصصة ، والتحقق من أن المعدات تعمل بشكل صحيح وإبلاغ المدير المباشر على الفور بأي ضرر / خسارة / سرقة. الحفاظ على المعدات وغرفة الاتصالات والمباني في ظروف نظيفة ومرتبة. الحفاظ على حالة البطاريات والإشراف عليها في ظروف صيانة جيدة.
- توفير التدريب الأساسي لموظفي المنظمة على التواصل عند الضرورة

Job Requirements:
Education Essential: literacy
Essential: fluency in English
Experience Essential: 2 years minimum of previous working experience in similar position
Essential: previous work experience with a medical NGO or other INGO.
Experience in working with different communication devices
Ready to work on a roster (Fridays and nightshifts included)
Ready to work in Al Hol camp
Job Description:
Job Purpose: Operating means of communication, in accordance with the organization’s security protocols and rules, in order to ensure safety of the organization’s staff and goods according to the operational needs of the mission/projects.
Accountabilities:
– Operating the means of communication following the organization’s security rules. Install and program all means of communication when necessary
– Ensuring that messages are well copied/passed to all people concerned and recording of the messages on the log book. Responding to contacts from others and forwarding it.
– Making contacts with reference bases (capital and/or field) according to communication rules / schedules and forwards all information concerning the security of the teams to the Project/Capital Coordinator.
– Monitoring and registering any movement, of people, vehicles and cargo, (departure, arrival, number of passengers, route taken, standard contact points) and informs line manager of any delays.
– Supervising and monitoring the means of communication and registering the loan of means of communication to all staff, following it up on a regular basis.
– Installing, operating and performing preventive maintenance checks on assigned equipment, checking that the equipment is working properly and immediately informing the line manager of any damage/loss/theft. Maintaining the equipment, communications room and premises in clean and tidy conditions. Maintaining and supervising batteries status in good maintenance conditions.
– Providing basic communication training when necessary to organization staff
