A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing the project “Rehabilitaion of Shams Al Deen Water Station” and is inviting contractors to submit offers for materials and services in Northeast Syria.
تقوم منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية بتنفيذ مشروع “إعادة تأهيل محطة مياه شمس الدين” وتدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض للمواد والخدمات في شمال شرق سوريا.
Works specifications:
The rehabilitation of Shams Al Deen water station include the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and civil works. The aim is to improve both the quality and quantity of water delivered from Shams Al Deen water station to the local community.

الهدف من المشروع:
اعادة تأهيل محطة مياه شمس الدين يتضمن الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والمدنية، والهدف تحسين النوعية والكمية للمياه من محطة مياه شمس الدين للمجتمع المحلي.

- Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 28/09/2020 in One File by email to operations@gmail.com
- Late offers will be automatically
- The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
- The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
- A pre-tender information session will be organized on 22/09/2020 at 14:00 local time in the organization representative office- in Raqqa -City,Al Mshleb Near to Khaled supermarket. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not In addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 20/09/2020.
- The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

- العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من/9/282020 في ملف واحد عن طريق الإيميل فقط operations@gmail.com
- العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
- تحتفظ الموسسه بالحق في إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
- ستنظر الموسسة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
- سيتم تنظيم جلسة لتقديم المعلومات قبل المناقصة بتاريخ 22/09/2020 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة – في الرقة – مدينة المشلب بالقرب من سوبر ماركت خالد. المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية بالإضافة لأنه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب الرقة في يوم 22/09/2020.
- الموسسة غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للمؤسسة.
