Job Title: M&E Assistant

Job Requirements:
- University or institute degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Community Development, Food and Agriculture or related field.
- At least one year of experience with NGOs in Monitoring and Evaluation field.
- Good experience in data collections, assessments and surveys.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to all the program areas in Ar Raqqa , and any other areas in north and north-east of Syria.

Job Description:
- Conduct QA/QC for all shipments of flour, yeast agriculture inputs and materials.
- Check bakeries work days and compare the produced quantities with actual distributed quantities in the DPs and camps on daily basis.
- Conduct field visits to all activities’ locations in Ar Raqqa and Tabqa.
- Support the field staff with collection and storage of data before upload on Kobo.
- Assist M&E Officer in follow up HVG activities including verification for the selected households and field visits to the beneficiaries’ gardens to track the progress.
- Monitoring and checking reports for Blumont/vendors warehouses on monthly basis.
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
