Job Title: Data Quality Assistant

Job Requirements:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, information technology, mathematics or relevant field, at least with 01-year work experience working in Microsoft Office applications including excel is required. Experience working with an NGO is a must. The person should have experience in dealing with data quality, importance, analysis, protection and confidentiality. Experience in web (Google Application such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets) is a must. The person must be able to work independently and show initiative. Fluency in written and spoken English and local languages is desirable.
Job Description:
Responsibilities/Duties: Under the supervision of data quality officer the person will be responsible to download and review the beneficiary field data for completeness and accuracy. The person will review the distribution lists for all programs before sharing these with the MEL officer. The person will be responsible for cleaning data and making ready for uploading into database, also ensure that the process of data & information management related to the program teams is properly maintained, entered and updated. S/he will do review of the initial and final beneficiary’s lists according to organization data cleaning guidelines and will update the database accordingly. S/he will clean the assessment/ baseline/ evaluation data before sending it for analysis. The incumbent will prepare the monthly data quality status report. The incumbent will Perform weekly back-up of data entered on a hard drive.
