متطلبات العمل:
“طبيب مؤهل أو درجة معادلة.
مسجل لدى المجلس الطبي السوري
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
يفضل خبرة العمل في حالات الطوارئ.
اللغة المحلية المطلوبة
اللغة الإنجليزية ستكون أحد الأصول
يمكن إثبات القدرة على العمل كجزء من فريق وعلى المبادرة الخاصة.

الوصف الوظيفي:
“1. تقديم الخدمات العلاجية والوقائية بعد وزارة الصحة أو المعترف بها دوليًا
بروتوكولات العلاج.
- إدارة الفريق الطبي المتنقل مباشرة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة أعضاء الفريق الآخرين في الميدان والإشراف على أدوات إعداد التقارير.
- الحفاظ على الاحتياطات العامة للوقاية من العدوى
- إجراء العمليات الجراحية البسيطة مثل الضماد والتطريز .6. تأكد بشكل يومي من أن الإمدادات والمعدات والأدوية متوفرة للفريق.
- إحالة المرضى عندما يكون التشخيص أو العلاج غير ممكن في الموقع.
- ترتيب / تسهيل خدمات النقل المكوكية لنقل المريض إلى أقرب مرفق إحالة.
- تقديم طلب الإمدادات والمعدات والأدوية في الوقت المناسب.
- التعاون مع مديري البرامج الطبية / المشرفين ذات الصلة بأنشطتهم.
- حضور الدورات التدريبية واجتماعات البرنامج كما هو مطلوب.
- إعداد الإحصائيات والتقارير الخاصة بالبرنامج.
- أداء أي واجبات ووظائف أخرى ، حسب الحاجة أو الطلب من قبل المنظمة “

Job Title: Mobile Medical Doctor and team leader

Job Requirements:
Qualified Medical Doctor or equivalent degree.
Registration with Syrian Medical Board
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Preferably work experience in emergency situations.

English language will be an asset
Demonstrable ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Applicant should not be having another Job if he/she got selected.
Job Description:
- Provide curative and preventive services following MOH or international recognized
treatment protocols.
- Manage directly mobile medical team.
- Supervise activities of other team members in the field and supervise the reporting tools.
- Maintain universal precautions for infection prevention
- Perform minor surgical procedures i.e. dressing, stitching.6. Ensure in a daily basis that supplies, equipment’s and medicines are available for the team.
- Refer patients when diagnosis or treatment is not possible at the site.
- Arrange/facilitate for the shuttle services to transport the patient to the nearest referral facility.
- Make timely request of supplies, equipment and medicines.
- Cooperate with the medical program managers/supervisors related to their activities.
- Attend our trainings and program meetings as required.
- Prepare statistics and reports for the program.
- Perform any other duties and functions, as needed or requested by the organization
